Another Chinese scam company. Don’t buy from them.

Wish I'd done my due diligence.... awful product, arrived broken, no response from customer contact. Scam...

I just received my order of goggles, it's a SCAM! I was misled by the reviews on their site, thought they were real, but they're all FAKE SCAM!! I bought 3 goggles and just lost 75€... The goggles are cheap plastic, nothing fits, terribly made, it will go to the rubbish it's a shame to throw away plastic but i have to this time...

Ordered Aviator goggles on 6/6, I was provided with a bogus tracking number. Contacted customer service, never replied. Item did eventually arrive on 23/6 but it was more than disappointing. Firstly, the package arrived open. Secondly, the colour of the glasses didn't look anything like in the photos. The frame is a very bright, cheap looking gold and the lenses are a bright orange. Have been emailing customer service for the last 3 weeks to request for return/refund and never received a reply.
The contact form on the website doesn't even have a "send/submit" button and FAQ section which stated that a refunds would be provided if the item was returned in 30 days has now completely disappeared from the website. It's a total shambles.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

Caveat emptor. Klueni appears to be a fraudulent drop-shipping or scam company rather than a legitimate brand. They operate by heavily advertising low-quality goods—like their frequently pushed "Aviator Goggles"—on Instagram and Facebook, redirecting users to generic storefronts where they take your money and often provide nothing or severely misrepresented items. They also change their "company" name frequently so buyers can be fooled over and over again.
PS the Aviator goggles eventually arrived and ended up in the garbage can. What a joke. They were made with cheap plastic, came apart with just a bit of movement and were completely unusable.
