I ordered 2 products from KMS Calgary.
1 was available immediately, while the second would be transferred from another store in a week or so. KMS had no problem holding the first until the second arrived requiring only one trip to pick up both at the same time.
Might be a common courtesy but I appreciated it nonetheless.
Pricing was also good.

I purchased the cross cut sled rails and the guide rail (adjustable). I glued and screwed and clamped on my saw table for flattness. I'm just saying, it's dead...absolutely.....dead flat and square. No light through my trusted square either, I mean dead flat and square. I also purchsed the adjusable rails, which took me 3 minutes to fit in place and adjust. Super tight fit, but smooth as butter sliding through the rails with zero slop. I've stuggled to make a sled that was accurate, but this worked, and flawlessly. Super easy to set up, and incredibly accurate. All my issues solved for perfect cross cuts. Best money I've ever spent! I highly recommend as the parts are so precise, and makes it simple to do. Amazing how truely good and accurate these are. I can't say enough how dead flat and perfect these really are! Don't waste your time or money trying, just do it, you'll be very happy and will probably save time and money too, like me!

You ask me if satisfied when the correspondence and contacts are from a Prince George location when I am in Victoria on Vancouver Island the only thing you got right is I am in Canada.
As for your rewards program I tried twice to set this up even with the manager with my local store. not only did it not register my name or the Car Club when tried to use it or get other club members to register their purchases to the club. No registry existed but I do feel good that Prince George knows our Club for advertising great savings.

I ordered a Milwaukee Quik-Lok rubber broom attachment from KMS Tools and couldn't be happier with the service. Their price was competitive with larger big box type stores and they shipped to my house very quickly. Overall a much better purchasing experience than I've had at some of the larger stores out there and I will definitely be looking to them in the future when I need tools.

With 4 KMS stores locally, the Abbotsford branch is always the go-to. In particular, Nikki has consistently solved every challenge we've brought to her, & made it look easy!

Very busy on sale day, yet given excellent customer service and good advice. Consequently we bought what we needed rather than leaving empty handed or having to shop and travel several times.

It is refreshing to actually get service now a days and everyone was super helpfull and friendly.Other than than the store needs to be twice the size with more selection I found everything I was looking for.

I purchased a Milwaukee tool from them, opened it up to find it was used and returned, they let me exchange it with no hassle at all, and they where very friendly.

I came in on May 2 to purchase a tool that was priced at $129 when I checked online on April 30. It turns out that the price jumped > $20.00 in May. KMS honoured the April price. This was really appreciated. They stock lots of tools and price them well.

I have been a customer for many years and had no complaints until this time. I purchased a $3300 lathe, plus accessories totaling over $4000, with an agreement with your manager that I could purchase the assembled floor model. He told me he would have it on a pallet ready to load into my trailer for April 2, 2026. I needed the assembled model due to my old age , poor physical condition and it being much easier to get into my shop in one piece on a dolly rather than having to carry all the individual, very heavy cast iron pieces. I rented a dolly, borrowed a trailer and when I arrived after a 4 hour drive to pick it up I was told I could not have the floor unit. This resulted in me having to unload the 500lb+ lathe in pieces with so much difficulty that my body gave out and I dropped the head stock onto the concrete floor of my shop damaging it. Why did this manager make a deal with me then cancel the deal without informing me. I would not have purchased it had I known he had changed the terms of our agreement without informing me. I am purchasing a high end table saw, jointer and thickness planer shortly totaling well above $10,000….sadly it won’t be from KMS. Dennis (Kelowna wood working machinery floor guy) is excellent. His manager is a liar.

I was looking for a digital angle gauge and went to the new store on 184 st. A staff member helped me locate it, but it was sold out, so she checked and found it at the southside location. Then she helped me find a couple of Torx screwdrivers. Very nice. At the southside location, I found more helpful staff (and my DAG :). Obviously the product selection is awesome, but so are the staff.

I have shopped at KMS for a number of years and always default to them due to their selection and prices from everything for home repairs to fabrication. My experience in person and online has been 5/5. The customer service online provides very quick replies with great solutions.

Prices reasonable, good inventory, people to talk to.
