Went in for a sports therapy massage to treat shin splints and a glute imbalance prior to continuing training - I joked at the time that some parts of the massage were like being in the middle of WWE match, and wondered how I would walk after. However, Anna was very professional and did a great job of easing the shin splints and releasing the tight muscles. Thanks again!

Great massage with Josie. She made me feel very comfortable from the onset. Gave me a good view of tension points as well as some basic exercises/stretches to help relax my muscles where needed. Will definitely be returning. A great service overall, very easy to book and find a masseuse that suits you. I liked the fact that it gave a bio and that some of the masseur's were mobile as well as having fixed bases, as gave options if limited in getting to a particular place. Also good that didn't have to wait months to find an available slot. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Easy to book ,Warm welcome from Anna and a really cosy little studio.The massage was really good and we had a really good chat .She gave some good tips for after care also.She had late eveing slots free so i might use it next time afted a long work day.Professional atmosphere and treatment felt much looser after .

Was unsure of how to resolve a bad shoulder. Yes I could go to a GP and wait 6 months or look to sort this another way. Contacted Knead and they advised that a deep tissue shoulder massage would be the best way forward. Booked and had the treatment at home the next day. Shoulder is much better and I am looking at a follow up session in a few weeks time.

Emma was incredible, felt relaxed after the session, a lot of the tension I had built up, had eased off, giving me some relief I haven’t felt in years. There was no messing about, a quick 2 minute discussion on what was wrong, then straight into it. Emma was easy to chat with which created a relaxing and chilled out environment. I had a 1 hour session, which lasted the full hour. Excellent value for money. Will be making regular appointments in the future.

My massage with Teri was excellent, Teri listened to my concerns regarding my neck and shoulders and treated those areas with expertise. Teri also advised me which exercises would help . I will definitely rebook with her again, can thoroughly recommend.
