Read the review! We've rented All Terrain knee walker from Knee Walker Central in April 2023. The walker is very unstable, it wobbles, the knee cushion is hard and uncomfortable. On the second day of use the front tire had exploded. I had to look where to repair the tire on my own, because company was no help. The return label was not in the box on arrival and I have been trying to reach out the office by phone, email and messenger with no avail. They don't respond, period. I'm extremely disappointed we used this company to rent walker. There are many other local companies that we could have used. Read reviews before renting.

Read the reviews. they will take your money "DO NOT BUY FROM THEESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS" will not guarantee there products, they wouldn't take back a walker that wasn't working, Told me to sell it on ebay or donate it. REALY

My wife purchased a knee walker. It was the wrong one
and she wanted to return and replace it with the correct one by adding more money. They claimed that once it is opened she can not return it. After back and forth call they want to charge for re-stocking, for being opened, and for shipping. When my wife decided not to upgrade and just get a refund, they simply refused to accept.

It was poor customer service and misleading advertisements. Be aware of this seller!!

First of all, the knee walker was awesome. Secondly, when I thought there was a problem with the pad, customer service was eager to help and super friendly. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone that finds themselves in need of an affordable substitute for crutches.

I almost never write reviews, but after Knee Walker Central converted my rental into a purchase without charging me any extra money, I just had to share. Any other rental company I’ve ever worked with would charge me for what I rented for as long as I had it, regardless of how much money I had spent. When my knee walker rental added up to the purchase price of the unit, someone at Knee Walker Central sent me an email letting me know that I owned it, no extra fees or charges. So impressed by this policy, it shows they really care.

When I broke my ankle, I knew right away that I didn’t want to endure crutches. But I also didn’t want to shell out a lot of cash on some fancy knee walker or other alternative. Thankfully I discovered Knee Walker Central…a place that actually lets you RENT the equipment. A huge money-saver and some of the best people to do business with. I was beyond pleased with my experience.

When I told customer service I needed my knee walker within 24 hours (because I couldn't spend another day on crutches), they were eager to accommodate me. So happy I rented my knee walker from this company. I highly recommend!
