My White River Firecraft 3.5 Magnacut was shipped up to me in Canada extremely fast. I had it within a few days.

I don't usually online shop across the border because of the extra possible hassles with customs, but this experience was good. You do pay a premium for that FedEx international shipping, but you get what you pay for. I'll definitely shop with Knifeart again in the future if they have an exclusive I want like this one.

Ordered a Winkler Belt Knife with rubber scales. Ordering was easy and after my order was placed, I promptly received tracking information. Knife was received in good condition, but I was disappointed that KnifeArt did not order their knives from CRK with double thumb lugs, like others do and that I had to ship the knife off immediately to CRK for modification. I was going to return the shipment, unopened, but KnifeArt's return policy, restocking fees, etc were a bit steep to justify repurchasing elsewhere.

This was my first purchase from KnifeArt and a very pleasant one. I made a small mistake when purchasing the knife and chose the wrong handle configuration that I wanted and called KnifeArt and they fixed it with no problem and received my purchase extremely fast they shipped the same day and I had my knife in just a couple of days. Fast service, perfectly done. The Winkler knives are excellent, but unlike most makers, they also take extra care to provide a top quality sheath that really works and complements the knife perfectly. They realize that the sheath is as important as the knife. This sets them above the rest.
