Katastrophe! Ich warte immer noch auf meine Bücher die ich am 5.12.25 bestellt habe, weder eine Reaktion noch Geldrückgabe erhielte ich. 15 Emails geschrieben mit der Bitte um Stellungnahme oder Geldrückgabe, leider ohne Reaktion. Bin mit meinem Latein am Ende und bin leider gezwungen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten!

Ich bestelle regelmäßig Bücher auf dieser Website. Sehr schnelle Lieferung, gute Auswahl an Büchern, sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder. Die Bücher sind immer sicher verpackt. :)

2 Bücher bestellt, unkompliziert Bezahlt und schnell bekommen. Zustand wie beschrieben! Danke. Gerne wieder.

Ich habe eine ganz tolle Erfahrung. Das Buch ist sehr günstig, günstiger als deutsche Bücher im Durchschnitt. Und die Zustellung erfolge sehr rasch. Danke!

An sich ein freundlicher Kontakt, aber leider nicht professionell in der Akquise Strategie. Sie kontaktierten mich von sich aus und erklärten, sie hätten mich als Expertin identifiziert. Als ich mich dann auf ein Telefonat einließ, stellte sich heraus, dass ich - weil ich nicht vollzeit selbstständig bin - nicht in ihr Suchprofil passe. Das ist eine Information, die auf meinem LinkedIn Profil (über welches sie mich gefunden haben) klar sichtbar ist.
Das war also Zeitverschwendung und auch irgendwie respektlos mir gegenüber.

As I never seen this side before I was a bit afraid of beeing scammed (like some other people said here into the comments) but the service is awesome. I received my order view days after ordering (so in the same week I have ordered). The order was in perfect condition. Besides this if you contact the support the answer comes within view hours. Definetely will order again.

I have experience with other Russian book sites in Germany, and this one is so far the best. Really impressive, ordered the books in the morning one day, the next day noon I had them in my hands (ordered within Germany).
Easy purchase, all very transparent, got e-mails with every step of order processing and delivery.
The books arrived well packaged and crispy new.
Overall very good price for such service, will definitely buy more.
The only thing that put me off was the name of the company. Gerr GmbH sounded a bit weird.

It’s a real scam site, they don’t have any ethics whatsoever. I’m at fault for not paying attention to a mistake in my address and they decided that I had to pay an additional 22.90 euros for my books. With was a total 30 euros with shipping.

Don’t trust them they are scammers.

I was afraid of being scammed, but everything went smoothly. I received five books in 10 days (to Switzerland). The quality is excellent. I will definitely order more often.

Accepts PayPal, which is a good sign.
I had to order a book for a Russian friend of mine, it arrived fast and the packaging was perfect. Too bad shipping for orders outside of Germany can be expensive (and for Germany it's just 5 euros, as of this writing), but it's to be expected. So, nothing to complain about here. Would definitely purchase again.
