As soon as I had signed up I was pestered into putting further funds into the account. I have contacted customer services and my “account manager” as I want to withdraw the money I have remaining. When I used the website link to try to withdraw my funds I was told I could only withdraw funds using a bitcoin account. I transferred money into the account via my bank, so why can’t I receive my money back to my bank? Belatedly I have checked with the Financial Services Regulatory body and they do not have this company on their approved list. I have tried telephoning and the help through their website but have had no success getting my money back.

Pestering to invest
I set up an account yesterday but then decided It wasnt something for me. However I have been bombarded with calls over last 24 hours and even stating clearly something not interested in and to remove my account, I am still getting calls. ( I block each number but another one pops up )
Update. Latest call i tried to stop the agent and for him to cancel account. Was told to stop talking over him and couldnt cancel account!!!!!!!!

The most inadequate broker I have…
The most inadequate broker I have encountered since commencing trading, characterised by poor customer service. I received a bonus, deposited it into my trading account, and achieved a profit; now they are rejecting my request to withdraw my earnings. I endeavoured to reach out to them, but they did not respond. I sought advice from a professional, who patiently supported me until my finances were fully reimbursed.

Knightpips is likely the best investment broker out there. Very simple to use and exceptional customer service all thanks to the support who helped me a lot by showing me how to move my funds from the client area to my live account.
