My experience with Knight Richardson has actually totally changed my opinion on conveyancers …recommended by my estate agent I was completely confident from day one of talking with Hasan Ali who represented my and my house sale. Excellent communication by phone and email , timely responses and I never had to chase anything …. Very quick sale and if I missed anything they were very quick check up that I had received the information. I would definitely use them again if I sell or buy another home, Thank you for your diligence and hard work

Knight Richardson have been really easy to deal with, any issues or queries they were dealt with straight away, highly recommend, excellent service throughout.

Review scores have changed a lot since our experience! Strange! This company represented our first buyer, and they cost us thousands in indemnity policies for ridiculous reasons, and then they scared our buyer off by telling them they wouldn't get a mortgage because they couldn't figure out who owned the roads around the property. Strange because there are houses selling all the time, even our solicitor was gobsmacked. Anyway worked out for the better as sold for more after. Be aware!!

Our solicitor Millie was incredible! We didn’t start with her for our case but we’re so glad that it was transferred to her.

With 2 failed sales and being in a chain for 8+ months, her consistent approach and diligence and clear communication really helped keep our stress at bay.

Knight Richardson was recommended by my mortgage broker and a friend who also used them. I've got friends who all have the usual horror stories of not being able to get a hold of their solicitor or waiting ages for a reply, but Knight Richardson were great. Even the estate agent acknowledged this. The portal they use also kept me up to date so I knew what stage things were at without asking. Good price and all quite straight forward. Buying a new place can be quite frustrating, but on this occasion, none of my issues were to do with the conveyance part.

Used the company whilst buying my first home and they were very helpful explaining things I mis understood and assisting with incorrectly filled paperwork. Always on hand to ask questions to and quick to update as things mov along.

I'd definitely recommend Knight- Richardson. I used them to sell my property in October 2025. The whole process was quick and smooth. They communicated the process effectively and kept me up to date, answering any questions I had along the way promptly.

Knight Richardson are by far the best conveyance solicitors I have ever used and I have done over 50 purchases in my property career so far.
Were it not for their prompt execution of searches and raising of enquiries I would have undoubtedly lost out on a great opportunity. Their speed of delivery, attention to detail and above all regular communication and collaboration with all parties really sets them apart from others.
