Thus company is a scam cannot contact them and my online security advises to leave site when I tried to chase my non existent order please do not attempt to part with your money

Placed an order and money taken 10th March no update of tracking I have sent numerous emails and no response.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Knita.top is a complete scam. They advertise heavily on Instagram, showcasing beautiful knitwear at irresistible prices – but once you place an order, your money vanishes into the void and you never see a single product.

I placed an order weeks ago, received a vague confirmation email, and then… nothing. No shipping updates, no replies to multiple emails, no tracking number, no customer service – just radio silence. It’s clear from the flood of negative reviews on Trustpilot that I’m far from the only one they’ve conned.

It’s outrageous that Instagram, a platform that’s quick to censor ordinary users for trivial posts, continues to allow these scam shops to advertise freely, profiting off unsuspecting customers without any accountability. Shame on Knita.top – and shame on platforms that host their ads.

Do NOT trust this site. Do NOT fall for their slick ads. Do NOT give them your money.

BTW - I managed to gte my refund from PAYPAL, and I am sure that they will go after KNITA. Try fighting a powerhouse like PAYPAL.

Still not received my dress, ordered on 21st March! Not good enough!

Same as all the other reviews. No confirmation email and no dress. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they refunded me when I contacted them.

Scam! Would not even give them 1 star. Took money, said I paid by PayPal, I don't have an account and no good received. Don't to near! Wish I checked trust pilot first!

Ordered from this site. Took my money, no order confirmation just said I had paid by pay pal. Have not got pay pal account, used my debit card. No order received and no response to any emails. 🤬🤬🤬

I did order from them. They took money from my account (didn’t pay by Pay Pal) 3 weeks ago. Got confirmation item is ordered. Write for them. No response. Avoid these site Kinita

This is a scam - once I used this site I had my card details used fraudulently and had to cancel my card with the bank. I never received the item I paid for. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a dress 6/7 weeks ago, it didn't arrive, emailed them twice but got no response

SCAM do not purchase. Look at reviews. No order confirmation or item. Just took money and that was it. Luckily I paid with PayPal so got refunded.

Not even worth 1 star !!!! Scam company!!! Ordered products and paid…. Never received goods and never responded to any of my emails…. DO NOT ORDER from these scammers - I’ve reported the company to helpfully stop them scamming other unfortunate people
