Unreliable and never answered the phone

Josh fitted a feather edge fence yesterday in Russell Court Wallington. Very professional job and a polite helpful man. A credit to your company. He cleaned up before he left. Thank you Josh.

I had some decorating work done by an individual in KNK, whom clearly has zero decorating skills, nor qualifications. (Serious doubt if he's even the holder of a CSCS Card.)
I had a wall with small damp patches that was drying out, we agreed to let it dry out & focus on the other 3 walls. Please help me to understand why days later this non decorator decided to paper & paint the same drying out wall. Shortly after I decided to peel 3 strips of lining paper covering the damp patch only to find BLACK MOULD on both the lining paper & my wall.
The non Decorator had the audacity weeks later to attend a meeting that he was NOT invited nor required to attend with myself, the Hyde Surveyor & the no show KNK team manager in my home, during the meeting the non decorator thought he could exit the room & wonder around my home, so I permitted & assisted his wondering all the way to my front door to exit my home, then continued with the meeting.
The no show Team Manager later showed up after the meeting & was raising his voice in my home despite being asked several times by me to lower his voice, he was angry because I had removed the ugly offensive patchwork lining paper his worker had put up several strips of which did not reach the top sometimes the bottom of the wall being lined, these gaps couldhave been avoided had the worker utilized the pencil & paper offered to him to write down measurements.
It would have been good to see the Team Manager display the same level angry energy for the BLACK MOULD his worker had created in my home that he had for the removal of offensive patchwork lining paper.!!
The worker began lining my passage walls from the entrance door working his way up, he did not have Telescopic Ladders, a MEWP, nor 2 matching ladders.
Why this worker was sent to do this job is beyond me, he was clearly in over his head, nor did he have the correct equipment yet alone the skillset required for this huge job.
The Team Manager traveled on holiday whilst this disaster was in process, he did nothing to ensure the correct equipment for the job was in place before he left. On his return he sent his relative (Nephew) to attend the meeting with myself & the Surveyor, this was not helpful nor acceptable as he the Nephew arrived with the "non decorator" they had pre planned to attend the meeting together & these youngsters believed they could intimidate/patronise a mature intellectual Woman as myself, just as their Team Manager also believed he could by shouting & pouting.
When you are wrong & strong also incompetent......silence is a good option in which to reflect, readjust then repair.
I would not reccomend KNK to my worst enemy & that's a fact!!

Jack & Jake carried out some works involving insulation & damp proofing. They were both very professional, polite and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Great job.

I was greeted by Gary.
He came to tile and fit a shower / screen to my bathroom and was given 3 days to complete the job.
Upon his inspection, he realised there was a lot more work involved than was quoted e.g new bath installed and rotated 180°.
I thought I'd be given a new date for the job as we waited for parts etc.
He made no fuss of it, made a few calls and was given the go ahead to continue.
He's an absolute perfectionist!
It took one extra day for the work involved, which was expected, yet he made it look so simple.
My bathroom now looks like something out of a show-room.
I am beyond happy with the results and thought he needed to be recognised for his hard work. He is an asset!
He said he a holiday coming up next week! Hope he bloody well enjoys it! Thank you Gary.

On Friday 21st July 2023 KNK Group arrived on a pre booked appointment to carry out repairs in my bathroom at my property with Raven Housing.
Gary Paul arrived early with a polite manner and provided his identification photograph ID. Gary was informative through out the repairs keeping me updated. I could see that Gary took a pride in his work and was quite the perfectionist. Gary also made sure that he cleaned up all the mess he made which was thoughtful. Gary’s craftsmanship stood out like a shining star ! Excellent Customer Service.

Very professional and did a great job. Excellent communication and info from the office.

On April 21st KNK started work on the renewal of our bathroom through the housing association. Today (12th October) it will be completed.
If there is a manual of lies, bull$h1t & excuses they have used every one. "The operative has a personal emergency so can't make it today" was used Three times. I could write a book on how bad they are. I'm just glad it's the housing association being charged and not me.

A family member had some work carried out on their property by KNK. Most of the work completed was of a sub standard performed by poorly skilled workmen. To say they were cowboys would be an insult to cowboys.

Absolutely absolutely absolutely cowboys of the highest degree an ABSOLUTE SHAM literally.
