Overall everything was great. I the only thing that I don't love is the wire going out the same day as the closing. I realize the loan can't disperse until the end of the recision period but sending the wire the day before would relieve all funding concerns at closing. That being said the wire was received in time for our closing so everything finished very well! The staff at Knock was very professional. I didn't have one bad interaction and I always received quick responses with my questions. I have been recommending this group to everyone in my office. What a great company and product!

I received assistance from Trisha…
I received assistance from Trisha Schmidt, specifically on a Friday evening when we were not able to proceed on the computer because we were not able to complete the documents and the system would stop. Trisha worked with us, after hours, assigned new pass words for us and stayed with us on the phone, until we were able to complete the application documents needed for Closing. We could not have done it without her cause there was a glitch on the application.

Knock team is always very responsive! As a loan officer there is a lot of last minute fires to put out, and the knock team always makes themselves available when a last minute bridge loan is needed for an offer. Thanks for helping me look like a hero!
