Dom was wonderful! He made the whole process clear and easy from start to finish and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Knock.

The only good that came out of this was that we did get our new home but when we started the process with Knock we were excited and how it was explained to us seem like a really good idea, Well that's not how it went they kept switching people working on our paper work and they didn't know where the other person left off we were confused half the time, then we thought everything was good to go packed up the old house got it ready to go on the market took everything we didn't need out of the house, then were told two days before closing we had to come up with 10k that we didn't have, we were stressed, my anxiety was threw the roof, we ended up loosing all of our equity of the new house to get 8k of the 10 and the seller gave 2k and they said they were going to give us a credit for all of the problems we had threw out all of this and they gave us $37.00 yes you read that right thirty seven dollars for a month and a half of problems of going back and forth having anxiety attaches, not knowing what was going to happen at all was only worth 37.00 dollars of credit to them, we lost a lot more than that threw this process with them. I would never recommend them to any one

As of 10/20/2022 Knock took this issue very seriously and contacted us, we are very happy with the out come and the prompt response we received. and I would say even thought our experience was not the greatest the out come was we do have our dream home and now we feel like we were heard and that all of the troubles that we did have to go through did matter to them and that they stated that they were going to correct this so others will not have to go threw the same thing and I do believe that they will make these changes I would recommend people to use Knock with the changes made it is a game changer. Thank you Knock Lending for hearing us and rectifying this matter

Joe Prestia at Knock was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt with his replies. The process went very smoothly overall and I would highly recommend using them.

Dominic Roher was our loan advisor and he was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I was helping my elderly aunt and her cousins (all immigrants) find a new home, and sell my aunt’s old home in the process. Traditional routes wanted her to sell first and then look for a house, but understandably my aunt didn’t want to sell without knowing where she was moving to! My real estate agent recommended knock.com and we were fortunate enough to get Dom. He made the dream a reality! The bridge loan option with Knock allowed us during the peak of a hot Seller market to get the house we wanted before selling our existing home. Unlike the local lender we were originally working with, Tammie Brethower with Knock was easily available with a knowledgeable answer and a friendly voice. A winning combo. The online application was as easy as a complicated process can be and the app made for transparent status tracking. Everyone needs to make their own assessment whether the fees are worth it. The knock loan process was easy and a great solution for buying a new house prior to the old one selling. Everyone at knock has been great.

[Update: Per Knock's reply, they are considering paths to resolution/restitution. I will update this review based on the outcome]. Imagine you find a house you love, the seller accepts your offer, you're under contract, all your stuff is packed, you've got time off work, and you're closing in 3 days. Then Knock calls and says - sorry, the loan isn't going to go through unless you can get an additional $25k that we forgot to tell you about until now. You don't have an additional $25k lying around. So the loan falls through, you lose the house, $12k earnest money, and there's no recourse. Welcome to working with Knock - where the line between legal and illegal is razor thin. You can have sterling credit, great income, get pre-approval, do everything that's asked of you on time and to spec, and Knock will still ruin your life.
