DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS

My son purchased these earphones which didn't arrive within the specified timeframe. We contacted them to be told they hadn't been sent yet. The problems started when they eventually arrived where they wouldn't connect to our Android devices. When they did connect only 1 earphone worked. We contacted Knockoffs, sorry, Knockies and were instructed to go through the routine that everyone else seems to have to go through but they still didn't work correctly. Emailing back and forth still didn't get them working as they should and they asked me to send them back for a replacement set. The cost of shipping them back to the US from Scotland was slightly more than a 1/3 of what the earphones cost and going by other reviews on here I wasn't confident they would send out another set. Now my 14 year old son is out of pocket and has to go through the hassle of saving up for another pair of bluetooth earphones. Take my advice and look elsewhere.

Horrible Products

I purchased two KP1s for my kids for Christmas and got a third pair free. My son had his for 2 days before a blue light came on so I go in touch with support. We had to let them completely die to "reboot" and then charge fully. Fine that worked but he ended up having to do that about once a week unknowing to me. Had I known I would have got back in touch with Knockies to have them replaced within the timeframe of replacement. I had emailed support and was told they were out of warranty, which is when they offered me 40% off. I told them i would not need the 40% off because I would not be purchasing anything from them again. Well my daughter's started acting up so I reached out again. I was then told to let both pair die for at least 4 day and then charge fully. We waited 6 to be on the safe side. My son still can't use of them and my daughters won't charge. Once again I reached out to support and just received an email that we are outside of the window for replacement but here's 40% off. I laughed. Why would anyone want to spend more money with a company like this?! I will not order from them again and will make sure none of my friends do either. You'd think they would want return customers but at the rate they're going nope. I will spend the money on Apple AirPods!

Caution do not buy anything from this…

Caution do not buy anything from this 2nd rate company! First pair shipped took weeks to get. Once we did they finally arrive they did not work correctly... would cut off, would not hold a charge. They sent a replacement pair took over a month to get and the exact same problems happened as the first pair. I contacted them and asked for a refund at this point and this was the cut and pasted reply-"Hi Samantha,Thanks for reaching out to us about this and I'm sorry for the experience here. I do see that your received the replacement about more than a Month from now. Was this happening before? Since your order is beyond 30 days, we aren't able to get you refunded.I would be more than happy to help you get these working properly and or even get a brand new discount code for 50% if you decide to place a new order with us in the future.
why would i buy anything else from a company that makes products that don't work and has horrible customer service truly pathetic!!

Really bad!

I bought a white "kp1" and when it arrived about 3 days they gave me a different color. And also the hinge is weak. The description of the kp1s said "no in-ear voice" but there is!!! Keeps disconnecting and connectin.....

Horrible service with Knockies. Earbuds never worked since receiving and they would not return or replace them even though we contacted them initially in the return window. Do not buy from them.

Knockies Company and their product reliability

Should have read the reviews before buying. I am having the same problem with the KP1’s not being able to charge and therefore of no use to me. Have started communication process and being told the same thing about draining and doing a reset, how do you do a reset if you have absolutely no power to the product . Starting to believe I am now getting a run around with them responding back to me on a resolution. Need to report to BBB.

Contacted support, got a return message within a couple hours with a tracking number. Will update this review when I've had a chance to evaluate the earbuds.

Great unboxing experience, no issues pairing, good quality, meets expectations - I'm going to order a second pair.

Ordered a second pair, delivered in five days.

One good step forward and two bad steps back - Disposable Air Pods

Received my knockies and they were worked for a couple of weeks then they stopped charging. I contacted support and they seemed very helpful, replied back and forth with Desmond and we returned the Air Pods(Knockies). We had the package tracked and they received it. After a few excuses of being sick and moving, we never heard back from them and am sure never will. Paid $7 to ship them back, what a waste! Knockies says it all and you get what you pay for. Including the so-called customer service. Don't waste your money on this company.

My i12 TWS airpods lasted over half a year until they were stolen

I had a pair of i12 TWS and I received them May of 2019. They were stolen about two months ago which means sometime in December. They were working perfectly and had absolutely no problems. Some products might have defects but that's only natural. There is a high chance you'll be highly satisfied. The headphones lasted over half a year and neither of them were getting quiet or stuttery.

SCAM stay away

I ordered a pair of headphones from them. Terrible pair of headphones that couldn't hold a connection for more than 1 minute.
I asked for a refund and sent the pair of headphones to the address they provided. It has been over a month and I have not received any refund. They just keep saying they'll get to it. Also, that they just moved, etc...
Bad company stay away.

To all the nobodies who post here. Trustpilot.....and your opinion is worth nothing.
Even APPLE is rated "bad" on Trustpilot.

Its nothing but a disgusting pit of complainers and wingers and children. Nobody comes to Trustpilot to say "oh my product is wonderful" because they are already too busy enjoying their product.

Kids and natural complainers only come to Trustpilot to whinge and moan about everything.

The fact that APPLE is rated "Bad" on Trustpilot just goes to show any review on here is worthless and has no value. Just a bunch of children screaming and whinging they didn't get their way.

Horrible company to deal with. Stay AWAY!

I ordered 2 pairs of KP1's and I had several issues with both of them. Once you tell them you want to return something they will just ignore you. After several attempts, they finally sent me the return address. It has now been a month since they received them back and they still haven't issued a refund. After several more attempts to reach out to them, I finally had to open a credit card dispute. You are much better off buying AirPod clones from Amazon so at least you know they will help you out in the event of a return.

Do not buy any of their products

I ordered the kp1 pros Ear buds were littered with quality control problems and are very much not work the money you pay customer support has been extremely slow at responding and are expecting the customer to pay the return shipping not to mention while talking to customer service it seems very likely that the ear buds come from wuhan China as all the staff are apparently sick and are needing to move buildings would not receive them as along time other being dissatisfied the customer could also catch a life threatening illness

I ordered a set of KP1's

I ordered a set of KP1's, they sound great but they are still junk. They won't charge on my wireless charger or when plugged in and the touch gestures don't work. If you tap the right twice to play or pause it activates Siri and the only other function that sort of works is the answer feature and you have to tap a million times to get them to answer. I emailed Knockies twice about separate problems and both times I received the exact same automated email not actually addressing my issues and telling me to drain the battery which will reset them. How am I supposed to drain and recharge to reset when they won't charge. The idea is nice and I openly admit the sound quality is great, but the microphone quality is very poor. If you buy these I strongly suggest that you lower your expectations prior to purchasing, so far this has not been a great experience for me.

I Love them

I've had my knockies for a week now and I love them! the bass is just as good as the real airpods and the battery doesn't drain quickly. their customer service is fast and they help you well with your problems. They came in a week Early. highly recommended!

The earbuds are plagued with problems. The earbuds worked for a day then the problems began. It's a scam. The customer support ignores people.
