Took my Hymer in today for the fitting of a wifi system and whilst there mentioned an issue I had discovered with the water system which they agreed to take a look at as well. The wifi system fitting was going to take a couple of hours but with the water system investigation maybe not being able to be looked at today I had a logistical problem of how to get from the dealership to my car which had been left at my motorhome storage site about 5 miles away and then home about 18 miles from there and then how would I arrange to collect the motorhome next week, take it back to the storage site and get home. Not a problem. Grant, in the accessory and repair centre, arranged a lift for me to the storage site and will arrange for me to be picked up from the storage site when my motorhome is ready for collection. Above & beyond are the two words which spring to mind when I consider the service from Knowepark.

Recently bought a new Chausson motorhome and received excellent service from this company. Our contact was Julie who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and she kept us updated throughout the buying process. John also gave us a very detailed demonstration of the vehicle. We’ve been using Knowepark for both Sales and Servicing ever since we started caravanning 20 years ago. Their customer service is first class. On the Sales side we recently bought a new van from Julie, and she is so helpful and really on the ball with everything. She is so quick to respond to any emails, and kept us fully updated on the progress of our new van as it was being built. Absolutely first class service from start to finish.

On our first outing with the new van we discovered a few minor issues, as can be expected. Knowepark told us to bring the van straight in, and they had fixed all the issues within 2 days. Outstanding service.

I must also give a mention to Russell in the Service Dept, who we have dealt with for many years. He has fixed so many little issues for us, and similar to Julie his approach to customer service is exemplary. No problem is too much trouble.

I honestly wouldn't consider buying a van from anywhere else. Knowepark cannot be beaten.

I have been buying cars for 40 years & this is undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve had. Attempted to purchase a new Bailey motorhome which they have on site but Steven the salesman needed to speak to his boss before selling. Two days later he eventually managed to speak to his boss. Called this morning with a load of waffle saying they had decided not to sell the van. Couldn’t give a toss attitude. God knows what their after sales service is like. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Complete waste of time (130 mile round trip), avoid.

Just bought out first caravan from knowepark. We dealt with Julie who was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. She helped with everything we needed explored lots of options and made the whole experience fun. When we picked the van up Ian give a full demonstration on how everything worked and gave us good tips on how to get the best out of the van. First class service all round

We've been thinking of purchasing our very own motorhome for years. Having over indulged in 'Millionaire Motorhome', we finally decided to take the plunge before we're too doddery. Thanks to Julie who made us see sense and choose the ideal motorhome for our requirements. We loved her humour and honest opinions. Thanks for ensuring everything was in order when we collected her. 'Muriel the Motorhome' is some sassy girl (we should have named her Julie) and we look forward to our forthcoming adventures. It was nice to deal with a company that still has family-style values. Thanks to Jim and Drew for their help too.

From the initial enquiry, through the caravan Sales introduction to the collection and "guide through" after a workshop checkover, I felt I was in in a very relaxed efficient group..Compliments to all, and thank you for your help and advice !!

In the middle of holidays our Motorhome sprung a serous leak. It’s only a month old!
We were stuck on a Bank Holiday Monday & rung round so many Motorhome repairers.
No help at all.
Eventually we contacted Knowepark and spoke to Grant. What a helpful, friendly and reassuring chap. He tried to help us fix it over the phone as he was concerned that it was a long drive for us.
Sadly, the said part was damaged so we ended up visiting the site. We were seen to immediately and the part replaced within 10 mins. Minimal charge and back on the road.
What a great experience. Grant and his colleagues provided an amazing customer focussed service. Such a ‘can do’ attitude is so hard to find these days. I don’t think they realise quite how good they are.

Having decided in principle to purchase a motor caravan my wife and I visited Knowepark Caravans from whom, in years gone by, we had purchased a towing caravan. I introduced myself to the person sitting at the reception desk, requested guidance about which motor caravans in stock met our basic criteria and asked to be given access to a few which might. To us, reasonable requests when contemplating a spend of upwards of £50,000. A sales person was sought out by reception and eventually, albeit at least five minutes later, appeared. It was immediately apparent that even the prospect of enticing previous customers to part with between £50,000 and £65,000 was not enough to encourage the sales person assigned to us out of a state of, at best, lethargy. When we asked about seating layout in one van that was in stock he told us that it was locked but just to look through the windows. He became no more helpful when we pointed out that the tinted windows made that difficult. He accepted that most of the motor caravans on site were locked but instead of taking us to a selection of possibly suitable vans with keys to facilitate access he simply left us to our own devices and invited us to seek him out again if, having walked round locked vans which might be of interest, we really felt we needed to look inside one. Appalling service. More correctly, an appalling lack of any service. We will not return to Knowepark but feel it appropriate to warn potential purchasers that any visit by them might similarly be met by a ‘couldn’t care less’ response to a request for assistance.

I had a canopy fitted to my motorhome last week and I'm very pleased with the service I received at Knowepark. I dealt with Grant from start to finish and he was friendly and helpful and did a grand job! Well done Knowepark :)

Our Eriba caravan took a wee knock at the beginning of the year. Knowepark were excellent from arranging the repair quotes to us getting the caravan back like a ' new pin'. The staff were all so helpful, with special thanks to Grant, and kept us fully informed of the repair's progress. They even managed to get it back to us in time for our planned trip to Wales!

Had a damp recheck, Dean dealt with it quickly and efficiently, many thanks!

I have been going to Knowepark for over 5 years and have always had 1st class service there. All the staff from sales, shop, warranty and service have all been extremely friendly, and knowledgeable.
Although I want to make a special mention about Grant & Russel for all their help and excellent technical advice, which is always appreciated, nothing is ever much to trouble for them. They always go above and beyond.

Very helpful can’t do enough help.
Motorhome booked in and ready when promised.
Grant very knowledgeable and answers any questions you have.
More than happy to use regularly.

Recently fitted a Fiamma wind out canopy to our Fiat Ducato Tribute van. Excellent and friendly service from the workshop when ordering, measuring and then fitting. Thank you.
Also very helpful and friendly staff in the shop.

I have just returned from a Fiamma awning fitted to my campervan. Grant at KnowePark was extremely helpful, accommodating and the service was fast and extremely efficient.

I was even offered lifts to and from the local train station, and the helpful phone calls and email photographs to show me the installation were a personal and professional touch.

I will definitely use these guys again!

Very friendly and helpful staff food is always very tasty

I always try and pop in to the cafe at Knowepark whenever I am in the area (that can be 15 miles away!) There is always a warm welcome from Faith, Karen Libby and all the staff. The food is delicius, always served with great presentation and great value for money. If your anywere near i can guarantee it would be well worth passing a few of your regular stops to give it a try. You won't regret it;)
