Das Gerät hatte Gebrauchtspuren und Macken.
Mauernnutfräse von Eibenstock.
Wurde Wahrscheinlich schon mindestens "einmal" vorher geöffnet.
Ich bekomme keine vernünftigen Antworten auf meine Mails, dann darf ich auch noch selbst mein" Porto" (Versand) bezahlen..ohne Rückerstattung, obwohl hier ganz klar eine Reklamation vorliegt.

Jeder soll bitte seine Rechte diesbezüglich im Internet lesen und sich schlau machen.

Exzellenter Service, gute und freundliche Beratung und vernünftige Preise.
Bin seit Jahren Kunde und vor allem das Einkaufen im Laden ist immer eine große Freude.
Ich kann Koch-Mannes sehr empfehlen.

ich hatte etwas bestellt und die Rechnung vergessen zu bezahlen. Es kam keinerlei Mahnung, sofort wurde ein Inkasso Unternehmen eingeschalten. Komisches Geschäftsgebahren, vor allem, wenn die Mails von dem Zahlungsdienstleister ratepay im Spam landen...
NIE WIEDER kauf ich hier was, und kann nur jedem davon abraten.

Der Kundenservice und die Lösungsorientiertheit des Kundenservices waren großartig!
Trotz der Länderbarriere Deutschland - Österreich wurde eine für alle passende Lösung gefunden und noch vor dem vorausgesagten Liefertermin geliefert!

This is a truly terrible company.. Their communications is non-existent. They do not care if you spend a lo of money with them, in this case, just under €1,000 on a planer. They took the machine back to repair it and it took months for them to respond, months to repair and when i received the machine back, it worked for about 3.5 minutes before the same problem occurred.

Since i posted this review, the very first and only contact i have had from the company was abusive.... Here is the text verbatim....

"Continue posting your stupid reviews. Everybody in the company tried to help you with your machine. We paid so much money to shipping companies to pick up and deliver it. While we're trying to ship it back to you you're just leaving for Oman. And then you f***ing break it again. Sorry but we can not help you every time you break your stuff. Moron."

Now there are a few things wrong with this response from Koch Mannes. They didn't repair the machine as the cause of the issue was still evident. They have had plenty of opportunity to contact me and tell me that they won't repair the machine again but this is the very first communication I've had from hem ad only because I've posted here.

I think the language tells you all you need to know about the people in this company.

Apparently, as a customer you're not allowed to travel if the company is shipping to you. The machine was delivered whilst i was abroad and received by the people at the same address that I knew would happily take the delivery on my behalf. But for some reason the fact that I had to travel is an issue for this company.

INCOMPETENTI E INEFFICIENTI!!

Tornio acquistato e PAGATO il 1/2/2018 arrivato dopo 20 giorni!
Il giorno 7/2 richiedo la tracciabilità della spedizione, mi rispondono il 9/2 fornendomi un track code insesistente.
Dopo aver atteso alcuni giorni decido di aprire una contestazione con paypal, è il 15/2.

Incalzati dai messaggi scambiati su paypal il 16/2 provano a dire che hanno tentato la consegna e non mi hanno trovato in casa ed il tornio è stato stornato.

Ve lo immaginate il corriere che deve consegnare un collo da 62 Kg. passa e non lascia il messaggio di tentata consegna...!
sempre il 16/2 inseriscono su paypal un altro track code ovviamente inesistente...
sono ormai deciso a convertire la contestazione in reclamo quando il 20/2 finalmente arriva il tornio, previo avviso telefonico del trasporatore.

Provando a ricostrure la vicenda scopro che:
- il tornio arriva dalla francia (promac jet france) ed è stato ordinato da koch-mannes una settimana (8/2) dopo averlo acquistato e pagato (quasi 900 euro)
- sul pacco ci sono le etichette dei vari vettori con le date di ricezione e partenza.......!!

Ad oggi dopo reiterate e-mail non ho ancora ricevuto la fattura di acquisto e la garanzia del prodotto.

Il mio prossimo passo sarà informare il fisco Tedesco di questo anomalo comportamento.
