My experience with Koderspedia

I am a student, and me and couple of friends had that idea for a mobile app Lime Ai like forever, honestly we spoke to like 4 diff agencies first and with them things get more on the complex side rather than simplified

Then come koderspedia, they not only simplified the process, approach roadmap but was connected with us throughout the process, learned alott and deff recc team!

Just had the nerve to leave a BS reply to my review…. It smells like BS/fraud from the very first sentence:

“We’re truly sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience, but we must clarify several points for the sake of fairness and transparency:”

Peter (or whatever your real name is), you wouldn’t know transparency if it was a bomb that dropped in your lap.

Lousy developers (amateur at best). Superb con artists (A+ at bullshitting).

You’re not sorry about anything. From Day #1 it was all a scam. 1 lousy dev in Pakistan, who clearly had never used an iPhone/iOS before, working on a mobile app.

Worst experience ever. Literally destroyed my love for my product working with Koderspedia (which is actually like 2-3 people).

Don’t buy the BS. Save yourself the waste of money. And all the BS.

Scam Artists & Frauds - STAY AWAY

Koderspedia, aka "webflow creators" is a fraudulent company pretending to work out of Palo Alto, CA. I purchased their "Basic E-Commerce Design" package for $799 on July 23rd, 2025, and after receiving the first email from them I immediately became suspicious that this was a dishonest business at best. First and foremost, the front they are using called "webflow creators" is designed from the bottom up to mimic the company "webflow" which provides similar services. The first email they sent me even used the "webflow" logo as the footer. After some more digging, I found that both the "webflow creators" website and "Koderspedia" were broken and full of bugs- a huge red flag for web design services. I promptly asked for a full refund about an hour after purchase, before even a pen was lifted. Ever since then, I have had to run after koderspedia multiple times a day every day until they finally agreed to a full refund. What they ended up refunding me instead was $775 out of the $799 that I paid. Confused by this, I messaged, called, and emailed them multiple times to receive an explanation. They lied at every step of the way. The first excuse was that their payment processing merchant had a 25$ transaction fee, which they decided to spillover to me. This was completely BS. After arguing with them for some time over the phone, they agreed to refund the last 25$. More time passed and after never receiving my full refund, they now told me that it was actually PayPal that had the 25$ transaction fee. All blatant BS.

Koderspedia is really located in Karachi, Pakistan, and pretends to work out of Palo Alto as a wrapper for their services. This company does not intend on delivering a working product. Instead, what they do is string you along, waste your time, and get you to pay more money as they draw out their projects for as long as possible. Every single thing about this company is fraudulent, from their first and last names to their address to their company name "webflow creators". Even their refund policy is a series of traps designed to make refunds nearly impossible. For example:

"Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:"
1. "Special or discounted packages were selected" (All of their packages are discounted)
2. "Cancellation is due to reasons not related to Webflow Creators" (This is pretty much any refund request made by a customer)
3. "Another company or designer has been approached for the same project" (This is just ridiculous)

This is clearly a dishonest business by all accounts.

I have not received any service from them whatsoever and the only way I managed to receive a partial refund in the first place is by convincing them that I had to "do some more thinking" about the project before proceeding. Otherwise, they would've tried to run with my money. TAKE ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS WITH A HUGE GRAIN OF SALT- THEY ARE FAKE.

Edit: Their response to my review has been carefully crafted to be as deceptive and face-saving as possible. Here is the reality:

1. They lied and continue to lie about a "processing fee" which is never listed anywhere on any policy or receipt.
2. You refunded my money because you knew you could not keep it in the face of a chargeback.
3. You hide affiliations in the footer (that you know nobody reads) meanwhile you blatantly use Webflow's logo in your email signature. This is to protect yourself legally and policy wise in the face of chargebacks.
4. "Webflow creators" is a fake shell company that is fraudulent from the bottom up, anyone who has the slightest investigative skills can figure this out.
5. "Customer Service is Outsourced" Another lie, the entire team is outsourced as clearly evidenced by the accents. There are three, maybe four people working at this company total.
6. You find it "deeply concerning" that I circumvented your fraudulent refund policy? Cut the crap.

Why Koderspedia/Webflow Creators is a scam? It's simple. They don't take your money and run. They give you a garbage, dysfunctional product that barely honors the terms of your contract so chargebacks are not possible. They have no interest in shipping an honest product, they just want to take as much money out of your wallet as possible and make charging back impossible. They 100% know this which is why their response is full of fallacies.

Respuesta de Koderspedia

Response from Koderspedia / Webflow Creators:

We are disappointed to read your review, which contains several serious and misleading allegations that do not reflect how we operate.

First, we want to clarify a few facts:

Refund Issued Promptly: You purchased a discounted $799 package and requested a refund shortly after. Despite the refund policy clearly stating that special or discounted packages are not refundable, we still honored your request in full (minus the $25 processing fee). This was not a "trap" — it's a standard service charge deducted by our payment processor, which we do not keep.

No Work Was Done at the Time of Cancellation: You requested a cancellation within an hour, and no design or development work had begun. Still, we refunded your money professionally and without dispute.

No Fraud Involved: We are not affiliated with Webflow.com, and we have never claimed to be. Our brand "Webflow Creators" is clearly marked as a subsidiary of Koderspedia — visible in the footer of our website. This is not hidden or deceptive.

Customer Service is Outsourced: Like many U.S.-based startups, we outsource parts of our operations (like customer support and development) to international teams. This is common practice and not a sign of dishonesty.

Threats and Manipulation: We find it deeply concerning that you admitted to misleading our team about "thinking more about the project" solely to secure a refund. While we do not take these accusations lightly, we chose to refund you anyway, as we believed it was best to part ways professionally.

Calling a business a scam after a full refund is not only inaccurate but also damaging to a hardworking team that acted with integrity. We are always open to constructive feedback, but false public accusations will be treated seriously.

I wanted to take a moment and thank Eric Sanchez for being extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. He never got tired of my phone calls and texts, and was ready to answer all of my questions patiently and in details. Not only he went above and beyond to find the best solutions for me, but he also recommended a lot of features I didn’t even know I needed. He made this stressful process so mucb easier and I am so happy I got to work with a wonderful person.

I hired this company through Thumbtack

I hired this company through Thumbtack. Peter and his team were incredibly patient and worked with me despite my own delays in getting back to them on approvals of designs. I have a very busy solo paralegal and process serving business and at times get behind on managing certain projects. They really understood my hectic schedule and were patient to work through it with me. They re designed my website and added some new features which has helped me improve my business. Thank you Peter and your team!! Job well done. I’d use them again and reccomend them to colleagues !

The website is taking shape nicely

The website is taking shape nicely, thanks to the hard work and diligence of Peter and team. Very pleasant company to deal with and accommodate all change requests. The website is functioning exactly as requested, and would certainly recommend Koderspedia to others, particularly for those who like me have struggled to develop a website for themselves.

Thrilled

I will start this review with my age, which is 66. I think this is important for any of you non-tech people reading this review.

While I am intrigued and find new technology wonderful and useful, I am completely inept at working with it let alone creating a program. Even more challenging is my inability to articulate to those in the "tech world" what I want!

My experience with KodersPedia, and specifically Eric, has been extraordinary. Eric and his team were able to bring my vision to life and it simply knocks me out! Despite my lack of technology jargon, he was able to understand what I wanted and then he created it!

Eric communicated with me regularly via email, text, and phone as he developed the program I will be using in connection with my artwork. I wanted a viewer experience that would be expanded by use of a smart phone that would be easy to understand and simple to use - FOR ALL AGES! This project was for an art installation as well as a "proof of concept" for other commissioned artworks.

Eric delivered big time! I am so happy and pleased with the final outcome AND the entire experience was wonderful.

As I continue to create more artworks in this style, I will be using KodersPedia (and hopefully Eric!).

I am grateful that I found this company as I have no experience in hiring a programmer, and as I will NOW refer to Eric as a "vision maker" and not a programmer!

I will also add that my initial interaction with KodersPedia was with Gary, and he was also very helpful. He was able to understand what I wanted, gave me the pricing and the timeframe for the work to be completed, and EVERYTHING was done as promised.

One of the BEST experiences, if not THE BEST experience I have ever had hiring someone I never met to do something so vitally important to my art career. The bonus is that both gentlemen were friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor.

I am a very thrilled and satisfied customer.
