Habe am gleichen Tag des Kaufes Ware in Essen zurückgeben wollen da diese für den vorgesehenen Einsatz nicht geeignet ist. Leider bekam ich statt des Geldes einen Gutschein, auf dem noch nicht mal ein Gutschriftsbetrag erkennbar ist. Im Internet steht, dass eine Rückgabe innerhalb 14 Tagen problemlos möglich wäre. Dass es dann aber kein Geld zurück gibt, wird nicht erwähnt. So verärgert man Kunden und bewirkt, dass statt in den Geschäften mehr online gekauft wird, denn da hätte eine Rückgabe problemlos funktioniert. Ich werde künftig woanders einkaufen und alle Menschen in meinem Umfeld über dieses Ärgernis informieren, damit diese nicht die gleichen schlechten Erfahrungen machen müssen wie ich.

Es ist kaum zu glauben, Kodi hat sich im Laufe der letzten 3 Jahre zum Abzockladen entwickelt. Früher konnte man hier wirklich gute Sachen zu kleinen Preisen kaufen. Heute sind es Niedrigpreisartikel zu überhöhten Preisen: Beispiele habe ich genug! 1 kleine Keramikpfanne ist bei Kodi teurer als bei Rossmann! Strumpfwolle uni grau oder bunt in Trauerfarben - jedenfalls fragwürdige Farbkominationen für 8€ , damit teurer als einige Markengarne im Wollgeschäft ???? Ein böser Scherz?!
Ein Päckchen Tapetenkleister !!! kostet knapp 4 € ganz normaler Kleister, der ist selbst im Baumarkt billiger. Also hier läuft ganz gewaltig was schief, das kann mir keiner mehr mit Corona- , Liefer- oder Spritpolitik schönreden. Einfach unverschämt für einen solchen Laden. Diese weitverbreitete Preispolitik zum "Rahmabschöpfen" zieht echt bizarre Kreise. Schämt Euch.

SCAM site, selling cheap Firesticks but you will not get it.

THIS IS A SCAM I should have reviewed this website before purchasing thankfully my bank reversed the charges straight away so I have not lost anything! Why does this say a Google sponsored website? It looked so genuine I was fooled

This is a scam company. Thankfully I originally made the order with American Express who will be ensuring I am refunded :-)

updated kodi is now almost useless under updated Windows 11 starting (but not ending) with insanely unreadable color schemes; these guys have simply lost it from a once respectable add-on that now depends on dubiously lawful paid subscription

Scam placed orders and cannot contact anyone or speak to anyone

DO NOT ORDER FROM KODI ITS A SCAM!! I'm still waiting for my order and tried to contact them to see where my order is or get a refund but the email is returned and the contact number is also known as a scam number and warns you not to use. I have been scammed before so am very annoyed with myself for not checking first!! Why aren't theses sights closed down..they are stealing hundreds 1000's of people!! It makes me so angry 🤬😡🖕

Ordered a fire stick and at the time which was 3-4 months ago was a little hesitant so left it, hour also later received an email ( of which you can’t reply back to ) offering me a £3 discount so I bought 1 and I’m still waiting. But seeing all the reviews here on Trustpilot I know now I’ve been scammed. I even reported this to my bank Lloyd’s who so far haven’t got back to me as promised.
I’ve ticked the box below where it says let Kodi know but quite frankly what’s the point as they already know they are scamming 🤬

Absolutely no sign of my firestick. Cannot contact them and they don't answer emails. Should've known better I suppose but it all looked legitimate. Huge disappointment.
I see on further comments that this is not Kodi TV as such but perhaps they should be looking into this as it's clearly slighting their name and me like many others are out of pocket.

What a scam. The company doesn’t exist. Beware no way to connect the company they provide a phone number but it doesn’t go through. The company address is bogus.

I ordered an Amazon fire stick. This was in late December nothing from this company since except an email confirming order. Tried chat, email, telephone. Waste of my time! A scam !
