How do you get them to respond?

Reviews say that they have had emails from them about refunds and other things - but I have sent them 4 emails asking for updates, and 1 to ask for a refund.

I guess they just take the money and ignore their customers.

Scum.

Like everyone else i waited weeks for my order but when it arrived it was completely unwearable. I ordered bras advertised as properly sized (band and cup) but what arrived was totally wrong and not sized at all(massive around the back and tiny cups). Only means of contact is by email which they totally ignore. Not a trustworthy company. Avoid like the plague

Total scam. Avoid like the plague. If I could have given a 0 star review I woukd have done. I ordered end of March. Chased several times. Someone called Suzan Owen responds quickly but nothing happens. In the end Suzan admitted after 6 weeks that there was no product in stock & suggested cancelling order for a refund. No refund ever arrived. Fortunately I had paid via PayPal & claimed my refund that way.

Not even 1 star! Ordered in May received nothing. My bank are currently dealing with them. Please do not order off this company!!

Similar experience to others. Ordered 3 bras which took several weeks to arrive from China, missing the holiday I had purchased them for. TBH it wouldn't have mattered as they are completely unwearable. Thin stretchy material and absolutely zero support. I contacted them for a return and they responded same day with a link to a form which I had to complete and send photos of the issue. They said that would be assessed in 5 working days and then I'd be told how to make my return.

That was a month ago and I've heard nothing, despite chasing. This is a scam. They have £30 of my hard earned cash and I have a product that's completely useless so I have to spend time and effort going through my bank trying to get my money back and report them to trading standards.

COMPLETE SCAM, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY -- same as other reviewers, I ordered goods over 3 weeks ago, paid in full, nothing has arrived. I emailed for an update to customer services, no response! No phone number to call either. Wish I'd checked on Trust pilot before ordering!! It should be illegal for people like this to trade.

This is a total scam!! Do not buy from this company! They took my money and never delivered my order! They have not responded to any of my emails! I placed my order on 13th May. Despite receiving an order number via email on the same day. When I try to track my order it says it doesn’t exist! Don’t waste your money

Ordered on 27 April arrived 18 May.

Product not suitable have sent several emails about returns NO response.

A total scam £27.00 lost. Trading standards should investigate.

Do not waste your time or money .do not use this company.

Absolute scammers. Sadly can't give no stars. Ordered 3 weeks ago, nothing has turned up, no response to requests for info on order, random tracking updates from China say the order being passed from one facility to another. And whaddyaknow their UK website now doesn't exist.

My experience is the same as those giving 1 star reviews - poor fit, being made promises about returns by customer service but nothing ever moving forward and being misled by reviews when I took the time to check before purchasing. Not a UK company and product made and presumably shipped from China. Still waiting on response to completed return form by team who operate (or not) separately from the person responding to my emails. A total waste of time and money. AVOID!

I ordered 2 bra sizes which took over 2 weeks to arrive. I’ve emailed them 4 times to arrange a return and refund for the smaller items, as per the instructions on their website. They do not have a telephone number. I have had no response to any of my emails! I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re sure of the size.

Sizing completely wrong. Repeated emails sent requesting replacement & no response.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Advertising as a UK company (which it isn't), cheaply made stock (can get the exact same bras from Amazon for 7.99), dispatched order almost 2 weeks after placing it, read reviews on the website which are totally fake, advertising a 4.8 star review from trust pilot, I could go on forever, requested to cancel order before it was dispatched and got no reply but when I got a refund from my bank komfortfit contacted me immediately telling me to reverse the refund. The bank have now said they are reversing the refund in favour of komfortfit as they have proof of delivery and komfortfit have made mock emails up so it looks like I haven't replied to them. Total scammers.

I ordered pack of 3bras £27 in April
They took ages to arrive. I tried to get in-touch the day they arrived to organise a swift return ,the Bras are a complete joke there is no support the material is a disgrace emailed back and forth, the return form doesn’t allow you access a complete disgrace £27 down the drain the company is a Scam

Ordered 3 bras from komfort fit uk was sent an order number via text message and i havent recieved anything 2 months on . I have emailed them with my order number to be told by them that its an incorrect number and cant be dealt with by them i ordered from komfort fit uk my comformation text was from them the money out of my bank was from them yet they cant seem to do anything about it what a scam company this is i only wish id read reviews 1st(lesson learned) i would also urge everyone who has trouble with them to report on fb youtube or wherever else you have seen these advertise

I wish I read the reviews, on the website state from London uk, and they use royal mail so i orderd 3 bras. I get email stating my order being flown from China. and now In transit by yodel iv been waiting for my order for a month

Placed order over £66 on 15th Feb, nothing has arrived, order number doesn't work when tracking via their own website. Obviously a scam and trying to get my money back through my bank account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

The order arrived late in minimal plastic bag packaging. A bra has no real support and is incorrectly sized. I have used 3 different email addresses to ask for a refund one of which is a distributor in London. I’ve had no reply, the website states ‘Easy returns’ it’s not true. Really poor customer service. I asked for an exchange for the size down. I think they tell lies and the bras don’t look the same as the ones you ordered. Don’t believe them and don’t buy from Komfortfit. I thought it was in the uk, I was tricked by the email! I wouldn’t have if it said made in China.
