This place is a total scam! I placed an order over the $50 amount for free shipping! They sent it to the wrong address and told me I needed to pay additional money for items to be re-shipped! I refuse the payment they agreed to go ahead and resend the order. Two months later I still have not received my order I tried contacting them in this regard and they told me they would notRefund my money and that I could pick different items because my original items were out of stock this process has taken over two months and they refused to give me a refund total rip off no contact phone number because they are Chinese and out of this country! Will never purchased from this place and highly recommend you don’t either

I ordered a sweatshirt 2 weeks ago and just received an email saying they are unable to fill my order / out of stock. They have now twice directed me to buy something else instead of reimbursing me my money. Also, even though they are out of stock - emails ask me to “wait a few more days”. TOTAL FRAUD

I just can’t express how disgusted I am. All I can say is I have experienced the same as what the other negative reviews have stated. I believe all positive reviews are lies. Don’t buy from this company. If BBB or some other entity sees this - pls pursue shutting this business and all other business aliases this scam company operates under DOWN!

Don’t order from here! Yet another corrupt company that takes forever to deliver and when they do they’ll tell you that they’ve sent you a different size to what you ordered based upon customer sizing feedback. This is not true it’s because they dont have the stock. Of course when I received a medium instead of small, the clothes didn’t fit. They offer a pathetic partial refund and try to persuade you to keep the clothes or you’ll be liable for all shipping costs back to them and then they’ll also deduct the initial shipping cost to you from your refund. It’s terrible and the quality is also poor with the shoes and jewellery. Clothes do not fit to size that they say they do.
Bad service. Please make sure you know that if your products do not meet your standards or fit, you’ll be stuck with them and no proper refund.

Very disgusted with this website. I ordered clothes that were a size small and they were a size way too big for me so just simply wanted to return it. I keep asking how do I return it and they keep asking me more questions and now they want me to take pictures of the items I want to return…This has been going on for days and I still have no idea how to return my stuff because they just want to tell me.

I recently bought a couple of swimsuits that I thought were super cute. They came looking as I expected them to and I think the material is good as well. I think I will try a few more things from them.

Giving them one star is very generous. I ordered a tank top and it looked like fabric cut our and sewn together. Never order from them. They won't give me the correct address to return the item. I might get less than 50% of my money back with a shirt I can't wear.

Be careful when ordering!!!! I just received a dress from Komily... Floral Printed Sleeveless Casual Maxi Dress. The dress is at best similar to the printed material i wanted and it is not what they pictured!!! I am only 5'4" and the dress comes to mid shin on me rather than floor length. At my heigth usually dresses are longer on me than pictured. Also, the picture shows a slight pleat in the front which makes it more forming at rhe waist yet my dress has no pkeat and is completely straight from top to bittom. The overall style of my dress is not anything close to what i thought i was getting. So be very careful when ordering because you may not get what you wanted. I am waiting to hear back from Komily to see how they will resolve this.

Biggest complaint I wanted to return the items that I ordered because what I ordered was not what it looked like. The t-shirt was more of a crop top. They have a 30 day refund policy and I was late by 9 days and they absolutely sent an email to the company getting no response then I went on Facebook and I found their Contact info which is ⁹¹⁹⁻⁹³⁹TWO FIVE FOUR FOUR when I contacted the company finally I was able to get in touch with the company customer care help department and I received excellent service. He resolved my issues and was very pleasant throughout the entire process.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ill fitting, poor quality clothes.! Definitely not worth the price! Very thin, cheap clothing!

Just wanted everyone to know if something needs returned to them you would have to pay for international shipping which is expensive. And when I told them that I didn't want to pay shipping can I be reimbursed the money they would only give me 30%refund for item that doesn't fit and I can't wear.

Do NOT order from them! They do not follow the regulations needed, they do not send you what you have ordered and don't take returns. I ordered size S items and they send clothing which is one size (without a size tag so don't even know what size they sent me) and therefore way too big. I contacted the customer service and asked for an address to send the items back and obviously asked for a refund. They haven't provided me with an address for a return and are trying to pursue me to give the items as a gift to someone else. They need to be put out of business, this is not legal!

Would recommend this company to anyone looking for cute hats and clothes.

Komily.com steals images from small business owners and manufactures a lesser product out of China. They scam buyers into thinking you are getting something much better than what they are actually sending you. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible customer service. The websites states a simple return process. But they DO NOT accept returns. They refused to provide a return address stating return shipping was expensive, kept attempting to strike a deal. Now I am out $50 and stuck with ill fitting, poor quality clothes.

Love them! They totally have the best merchandise and are always so helpful!!!!!

I had a slight issue with my order. Customer service was great and responded and corrected the order very quickly. My product was in great condition as well.
