Brilliant service in store, prompt and professional delivery, wonderful product

I phone ordered my massage chair after reading the specs of all the chairs available on the internet

Both the sales people I dealt with were very good at the job

Delivery and installation was good the installers went through the basic functions with me
3 months ago down the line after using the chair at least every alternate day I still am satisfied with it .

Great customer service and communication

Truly an Excellent Service. From inception with the lovely Adriana to the installers, I have experienced an all-round professional service. Communication was both clear and relevant. Delivery was on time (I was not at 8am 🫣) but I was handled professionally and with care - despite my tardiness (thank you 🙏). From London to Birmingham my purchase arrived perfectly, though the two young men had to dismantle considerably to fit inside my little bungalow. Absolutely grateful! Wonderful job. Worth every single penny. Highly recommended!! I just know their after sales service will be of equal standard. Incidentally, as I might be moving in the next 6-8 months, I was highly impressed they also offer a service to accommodate this need. What’s there not to like?

We’ve been using the Komoder Focus 3 for a year now and it’s absolutely fantastic. I was a little sceptical about it before the purchase but after the first massage session I was sold on it. Some of my family members have also purchased products from Komoder since.

I can’t rate Komoder highly enough, a brand I feel I can trust. Quality product delivered by friendly guys who took their outdoor shoes off when entering the house (thank you)! Sounds like they had travelled a fair distance, despite arriving later in the evening, arranged delivery time was accurate, they built the chair and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving & taking the packaging with them. Thanks also to Stephanie in the office for coordinating things on WhatsApp & answering my questions promptly :)

Fantastic demonstration and help provided by Adriana from the London store. Adriana was very polite and knowledgeable in all the products and left me with a good impression.

I started planning to buy a new massage chair just over a week ago and decided to visit the Komoder Showroom in Marylebone Road first.
Must say I was pleasantly surprised by the good value of their products, I was expecting to pay more.
Adriana who I spoke to during my appointment was extremely helpful and answered all my questions during my visit.
Her knowledge of each chair’s features and understanding of my requirements made my visit a good one.
I narrowed down my choice to just 2 chairs, the Focus 2 and the Focus 3 but two days later I asked to come back and have another look at these and make my final choice.
Due to an existing foot injury I decided on the Focus 2 on my second visit and my order was processed and delivered in very quick time.
The delivery team were very careful too and set up the chair, tested it and answered any questions I had.
All in all I found Komoder to be a great company with pleasant attentive staff and a long warranty of 3 years plus after sales service following on from that.
With this in mind I found I did not need to look any further.

After testing the Nova Duo in the show room, i was blown away by the features! The intensity and variety of its programmes were the reason why i bought it. The size also helped because i have issues with a lack of space. Overall, very happy with my experience and would highly recommend

I recently visited your showroom in London and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect massage chair. After trying several models, I chose the Opera, which perfectly suited my needs with its advanced features and incredible comfort.

I'll start with the product first. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny. Its been a game changer for me as I get constant lower back problems, this has helped immensely (allows me to play more golf than I otherwise would have been able to). Service was excellent. Went to visit the showroom in London, Stephanie was fabulous and patient as I spent 2 hrs in there trying out different chairs and she had first rate product knowledge. Delivery guys who also installed and set up were very professional and helpful. The chair did develop a squeak after a few weeks but the engineers came out pretty quickly and rectified the problem. Over all, it was a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Komoder for quality, service and after sales has been exemplary.

I have been using Komoder massage chair for 2 years, and it has proven to be a great investment. Recently have contacted the customer service and the team has responded immediately sending engineers to help solve the problem.

They took all the boxes away and left me with my beautiful Komoder massage chair ( Focus 111 ) which , I have now renamed, THE BEAST. I am still trying to tame and understand my massage chair. We purchased the above chair and it has surpassed all expectations. I have friends who are physio's and are now regular visitors to use the chair. In addition the London team again were magnificent, we had a small issue and they resolved it swiftly and provided phenomenal after sales service. Highly recommend.

First of all, test the products before making a purchase. Great advice from Stephanie and we did just that. The show room was fantastic and Stephanie was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and a very good listener. She patiently went through each product we tested and we finally chose the therapeutix massage chair.
This chair is well designed, luxurious, comfortable and easy to operate. It is customisable and with Bluetooth you can listen to music or podcasts while having a massage.
It looks so good in my room and I'm still playing around with the various features available but so far so good.
Cons:
1: The chair starts the massage process immediately after the body scan. It will be nice to choose first what massage and intensity level you want after the scan
2: It will be nice to make adjustments to your custom settings when you hit the pause button.
3: No apps. Having an app would have solved/taken care of cons 1&2.
Measure your door way before purchasing because it was difficult getting it into my room but the delivery guys (Audrey, Paul and John) made it possible.
They were friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. Installation was quick and they made us test the chair whilst going through a list of check lists of operations to make sure we were fully satisfied.
Great Customer Experience from the Komoder team (Stephanie, Andrey, Paul and John) and a fantastic product.

Incredible service from the London team and quite simply the best investment we have made. We had one installed at home and so many friends are now dropping by where we may need to issue memberships ! Has sorted out so many pains and aches, cannot recommend highly enough
