Very fast and cheap delivery. Awesome quality especially for the price. The 360kg FID bench is very sturdy stable and comfortable. The leg curl, leg extension machine is really good but a bit fiddly to put together especially the split pin part.

Saw this prayer bench on Amazon but for some reason was not available so I went direct to Komodo exactly the same price as Amazon I placed my order,it took 4 days to arrive which I thought was good delivered without any problems,I unboxed the prayer bench and tightened up the nut and bolts which was very easy to do.Once I put it together which took about 20 minutes, very sturdy, height adjustment is great my height is 5'4" and didn't have a problem getting the perfect height all in all a very good quality piece of kit for the price
