My experience with Komuso Design has been a study in contrast: a journey of superior craftsmanship met with rather significant logistical hurdles.

Having recently taken delivery of the Classic Shift in 14k Gold with the Luxe Box Chain, I must say the product is a delight of design. There's a weight and substance to the piece - also the refined engraving - that speaks to a level of quality which more than justifies the investment.

However, clients in Scandinavia ought to be prepared for a somewhat protracted wait. Delivery to Sweden spanned nearly seven weeks which, even allowing for the complexities of international post, felt notably excessive.

On a most positive note, whenever I sought an update, the Komuso customer service team was remarkably approachable, professional and prompt in their assistance.

If one values beauty and intentionality, the Shift is undoubtedly worth the wait, provided one factors in the shipping timeline. I am already quite looking forward to adding the Koko Shift to my collection.

Paid for the products and haven’t received any shipping information. Reached out to company via email and zero response. It’s a SCAM website.

I found the company extremely helpful they answer emails the tracking of the product is clear and regular product was as described good quality only downfall its coming from USA so it takes a while to arrive

They told me it was out of stock. Didn't say this on their website : it was available.

I will contest my transaction with my credit card.

Ordered on 10/21/22, as of 12/10/22 still have not received it. Company takes your money and does not provide product.

Ordered and tried to cancel immediately for a refund. They waited 4 days to reply, immediately after having dispatched it only to inform me that as they send it "so quickly" they were unable to cancel the order. Then I found out that it would take 3 weeks to arrive because they are based on the other side of the world.
They refuse to pay for return shipping so I am stuck with this overpriced and poorly designed hunk of useless metal. The design... this necklace rips chest hair off. I'm losing around 10 hairs daily, so anyone who has chest hair, expect to experience lots of pain. After contacting them in good faith, they tell me that "noone else has complained about this design flaw", therefore the only thing they will offer me is 30% off my next purchase. How laughable to think that I would ever buy anything from these people again.
This product increases stress and causes physical pain. I hate Komuso design and their tacky, synical money grubbing ways. If you want to feel better and free of actual pain, give $100 dollars to a homeless person and smile a smile of relief that you haven't had the irritation of being hoodwinked by this awful, awful company.

The Komuso Shift is just a metal hollow tube. It is too heavy to just balance on lips so you have to hold it like if you smoke. Also the metal leaves metallic taste on lips. Komuso offered refund if I post it back. The postage to USA is nearly as high as cost of the item. If you use wide straw you get same effect as this item.
