Worst lot ever, I waited 4 months for my cap to arrive, and lots of emails back and forth with different reasons why it was taking so long, even they had just had a fire, now really. Like some people had said they wish they had read these reviews before placing the order I would never have placed it.

I ordered the Adam to Present timeline on Mar 31, 2026. The money was taken from my account by a company in the UK. The item was then sent from a Chinese company that took 34 days even though they said 11-18 days in the advertisement.
It came from China, in what appeared to be a garbage bag. The timeliness only went up to 1000BC/King Solomon - only 1/2 way through to Present time.
I've had over 2 dozen emails with them. They offered 10%, then 15%, then 20%, then 30% and stopped offering after 40% refund.
Then they told me to return the product to them in China even though they went through an American redistribution center, and they refuse to send a completed Timeline.
I am sending all my emails to the FBI & DOJ to hopefully get something done.
At this point, it appears this company may be stealing intellectual property rights.
I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH NOT TO BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Worst company ever!!!!!! Received my Adam's timeline chart A MONTH after ordering. Got it as a gift for a friend. The thing was wrapped in the cheapest way possible, and it was bowed and creased when I opened it. I contacted them and they offered me $4.20 (10%) and "best wishes" to compensate me for this. Didn't offer to send me a replacement even if I returned it, just 10%. I don't even want to gift it now I'm so embarrassed of the condition!!!!! I will never buy from this company again and I encourage everyone else not to either!!!!

The shirt I ordered was spelled wrong and I even sent pictures to them showing the mistake.. I waited over 5 weeks for it and am completely disappointed.. they are only offering a 5. % refund.. on a 35$ item.. stay away from this place

Wished I had seen these reviews prior to placing an order - lesson learned. Cap not anything like the description given. Poor quality and logo not embroidered at all. Total waste of money. BUYERS BEWARE.

Shirts are severely under sized....I fir in a large and ordered and X large an I cant breathe...

Ordered a history timeline April 3rd. Payment was drafted from my account, but I have not received the product.
This is beginning to look like theft.

Made an order on 4/2, money has already been paid but no way of tracking unless you make an international phone call. No tracking number listed.

I ordered novelty hats from Konluka based specifically on their advertising: quality construction, Made in America, and embroidered logos. What arrived was none of those things.

The logo was silk-screened — a cheap process that peels, cracks, and fades — not embroidered as explicitly advertised. And that 'Made in America' claim? The hat has a Made in China label sewn right into it. I'll be charitable and assume the silk screen was applied domestically, because that's apparently the only way they can make that claim with a straight face.

Embroidery and silk screening are not interchangeable. Made in America and Made in China are not interchangeable. These are deliberate misrepresentations, not rounding errors.

Charge disputed with my credit card company as 'item not as described.' FTC complaint filed for deceptive advertising. Review posted everywhere I can find.

Save your money. Find a company that delivers what they promise.

Pure garbage. Ordered an embroidered cap, got some screen printed junk. Save your money

The items received were a very cheap version of the one advertised on their website. We bought 2 baseball caps. According to the photos they look very nice, including metal rivet details, embroided patches, breathable metal eyelets etc. What we received was a cheap copy of the product. When I contact them asking for a return and refund they email saying they could offer a 10% refund. We never heard anything back. I can see all the reviews are bad, how is it possible that this people are still in business??? Can somebody stop them from conning more people?? Please dont waste your money with this company.

I ordered this coin back in December of 2025.. I just received it today.. was very disappointed.. I kept getting delays about my order.. kept having to ask for updates.. only thing I was told it was delayed in transit.. then delayed in customs.. got it today the coin was nothing that was advertised.. it was a coin with two stickers put on it and the stickers did not line up with the coin.. this was a very personal gift for my husband to carry with him as he is a cancer patient.. I will not ever order from them again .. and do not belive the ad that they show .. its a scam .. it is nothing like they show .. beware of this company ..

They sent me the wrong item. I took pictures and sent them back to them to show them it was incorrect. They did not offer as refund as their return policy says.
What they did offer is a 10% return fee, whatever that means.
Do not purchase anything from them as they have no customer service and lie when they do respond.

This company misrepresented itself. The hat was of extremely poor quality, the logo which was advertised, stitched was in reality an iron on logo. What a scam. Beware of AI.

WARNING!!! - F Caw F (ball cap hat) - What they advertised and what I received were two different products. They advertised "Made in the USA" (it is China - LONG Delivery time). They advertised embroided stiching of the hat phrase and Crow image (ink stamped, and barely visible). The hat's bill and cloth material were low grade - limp. Bill and crown of the hat would not stand up. I would love to tell them, as this pitiful hat says, to "F CAW F"

Product delivered was not as advertised. Requested a return and they only offered a 10% refund.
