Pre-ordered Castlevania in August. Received cancellation week of release in October. Useless firm and recommend everyone stays clear of using them.

Pre ordered wolverine 3 weeks ago and still not even here. Comes on Tuesday a week after release! Terrible service would avoid at all costs. Will be returning order soon as it comes as ended just picking it up after release.

Serviceable store, good. Poor communication
Had a Pre-Order for fire emblem Dagdan collection, eventually got cancelled due to insufficient stock. Konsole Kingz is a fine enough store however communication is not amazing. While I didn’t realise they had sent an email to my junk about cancellation in fairness, but despite this i had sent many emails to their support email and received nothing. Additionally, I also phoned their number within the available hours many times and nothing again. Customer support is rough so I would keep that in mind when ordering.

We did contact you by email as soon as we became aware of the issue to explain that this limited edition had become extremely difficult to source due to very limited availability across all suppliers, not just ourselves. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to secure enough stock to fulfil every pre-order.
In our email, we offered you the choice of keeping your order as a back order should additional stock become available, or cancelling your order for a full refund—whichever you preferred.
We completely understand your frustration, especially with a limited edition release, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointment this has caused. We appreciate your patience and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
We have also not received any email from you and we do not have a phone number just email contact.

Did not fulfil pre-order
Pre-ordered a limited edition version of a game 3 months before launch, but this site has waited until 2 weeks before launch to cancel the pre-order.
I have now missed the option to pre-order from other sellers in the intervening months, and won't be able to get a limited edition copy.
No compensation has been requested on my end or offered by seller (for example a discount on the 'base' version of the game).
Very disappointed.

Ordered Mario Thousand year door and it arrived a couple days later and was considerably cheaper than everywhere else at only £26.99 brand new.
The website is great and easy to navigate, no annoying adverts, will definitely use again in the future.

Ordered an Astro Bot controller and the box was broken seal opened and when I emailed them about it they told me that it was DPDs fault and asked for the tracking number after 2 weeks they replied and I'm still yet to get a reply. Don't order from these guys if you want your stuff to come brand new because they're obviously not.

it would have been a good experience but i did not recieve item on day that i paid for and actually it was 10 days later they did refund the next day delivery charge but the long wait to actually recieve the item was too long

Unreliable
Pre-Order nope not at all. Got the item 11 days after release day. Was shipped and then recalled as I moved the delivery day by 2 days and still didn’t arrive on the day I requested. I will never use Konsole Kings again. I would rather use Amazon. I order this controller as I’ve never got any exclusive products and I regret every second of it.

We emailed you to check your tracking information as your parcel was shipped already.
After your parcel has been shipped we have no control over this hence why there is tracking information sent whenever a parcel has been fulfilled.

Slow dispatch, not advised I needed to pay extra to have the game on the early release day, which should be obvious since I purchased the gold edition with 3 days early access, Charginf extra for that postage on top of the game cost is a bit much.
Plus the customer service is incredibly slow to respond

Its a real shame that there are no more honest reviewers on trustpilot.
Hi Mark,
You bombarded our customer service team with rude emails and it is advised to allow 24-48 hour for a response. We also emailed you telling you that you paid for the standard shipping so you order will come after the release day.
We emailed you saying that if you wanted if you wanted your order on release day you would have to choose the preorder shipping option which is clearly shown when checking out. You do not need to be advised as it clearly states it on our website.

Let you pay for something they don’t have.
Let you place an order then once you’ve paid they say it’s out off stock and that your due a refund the next day after ordering. They haven’t refunded or said how long it will take for it. How hard is it to know what you’ve got to sell and inform a customer when they’ll be refunded?

We are very confused on this review as we cancelled your order respectfully due to the item not being in stock as we were only able to acquire a few as these are limited editions. As for refunds they are stated on every website which normally takes 5-7 days to process.
