Poor experience

This was my second Order as my first one went well. I ordered a Lufthansa lanyard with badge reel. The shipment got lost in the Mail apparently so I was sent a new one which I thought was very nice. The new one came however the badge reel was from another Airline. After sending several pictures because it was insisted upon that this was the Lufthansa logo and I assured them it was not, plus the badge reel had a clip in the back and not a hook as pictured so that it could be securely attached to the lanyard, I received a minimal refund for the reel. I now have a lanyard I cannot use and have to pay the high shipping again for a new reel.

I've been using my crew tag from this…

I've been using my crew tag from this company since 2016, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. My last tag lasted an impressive 9 years, enduring all the wear and tear of constant travel. I just ordered my replacement, and once again, the craftsmanship and durability are outstanding. Highly recommend for any crew looking for a reliable, long-lasting tag!

luggage tags

Ordered luggage tags off the website per their picture that is what i expected. Instead of a white and grey background i received a light and dark grey background with metal flake in it. but they included an extra one looking exactly what i wanted. I contacted then by email
I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your tags. The 'metal flake finish' is our default metallic PVC finish for all the designs incorporating grey colours. The one that is printed on the 'white' PVC tag is an extra/spare sent to you (total 5 tags). I hope that this helps explain. I have since emailed them twice with no response.

Not worth the money and so overpriced

Ordered item which was so overpriced. Wanted to return it and it took ages for them to acknowledge my message. When I send the item back I had to ask few times for my refund and not received the full amount for a total new item. Stay away.

Kruel Krew

Appalling customer service, order was not made as requested. When contacted they offered to re-make it if I sent the old one back at my expense and paid for postage of a new one. Considering it’s not what I ordered and colours were incorrect the attitude received from Todd in particular was a disgrace, basically threatened me with removal from future ability to order as I declined to share a discount code with colleagues, but why would I with this level of service and an incorrect order.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. At no point does the website say you have to wait up 5-7 days for customised orders before you then select the only option of £8.95 next day special delivery. After 4 days I queried this and I was told by a unpleasant person on their web chat (refused to give their name, asked 3 times) that I was supposed to find FAQ and read the info on there. I even went back to see what I missed, pretended to do the order again and at no point does it mention this, and there's no link for FAQ anyway. I eventually found some info at the bottom of web page under a link saying delivery, but its not clear at all and therefore was misleading. All I wanted was half the delivery charge back or an apology. Ignored yesterdays email. I didn't even use the websites 10% winter discount code which would have saved me £6.40. So disappointing when I have done nothing wrong.

Avoid

Ordered multiple items from this website but I didn’t receive them.
I tried contacting them but I didn’t receive a reply.
In the end I had to get my refund through PayPal.
Beware, they have two eBay shops too.
