Terrible
I was missing over half of my order. Paid almost $50 USD and ended up missing almost $30 of items , which included ramen,albums, and beauty products. In the order before they left out an album and gave me 2 posters instead. I tried to contact them but they have terrible unresponsive customer service. Their shipping also takes forever. I would not recommend.

Overall good experience! Shipping took ~3 or 4 weeks with the cheapest (free) shipping. Albums arrived in perfect condition. I chose for my posters to just be folded bc the tube/rolled ones were sold out at the time... didn't seem very well-protected in the box, but were in great condition!

Positive: really cheap prices Negative: Bad custom service
I ordered the first time from koreanmall. I bought 7 albums at once and chose the free shipping option (delivery should take about a month). I waited for a month and they still hadn't sent out my package, so I contacted them. They didn't answer me and after two days I finally received my order. I analyzed it and realized it was shipped with the fast shipping option the day I contacted them. So they had forgotten about my order! Luckily they were kind enough to ship the order with fast shipping option without making me pay it and also the albums came without any damage.

Takes months to ship, worst customer service ever
About a month and a half ago I placed an order with Koreanmall. A few weeks later my order was still at step 2, ''preparing domestic shipping'' (they ship items to warehouse THEN to you, this step means it's being prepared to be shipped to warehouse) and I changed my mind. I found the stuff I bought for a lot cheaper elsewhere so I checked their cancellation policy and all it said was to contact them and they would cancel it. Between October 27th and today (November 13th) I have sent 10 cancellation requests. I got 8 replies. 5 that did not make sense, and 3 to say they would ''cancel my order immediately''. They never cancelled it. They shipped it today. I have sent them 10 cancellation requests, and they shipped the order. Now i'll be stuck with stuff I don't want anymore when they told me 3 times they would cancel the order and refund my order. And even if I did want the items, a month and a half to ship 4 items is way too long. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen and are definitely not trustworthy as they lied to me 3 times. I do no recommend them to anyone. I will never buy from them again.
