What a paradox — you’re creating SoMe content about not ghosting candidates, while seemingly ghosting candidates like no one else in the business.

I’ve now been ghosted by you three times after interviews — twice for your own internal positions and once on behalf of one of your customers.

The irony is hard to miss.

Wow… just wow.

As the Founder of Executive Career Coaching Europe, who has been a former HR-Director, and worked 12 years for a corporate company, I had positive experiences interacting with Korn Ferry in the Netherlands.

This has been my reason to contact Korn Ferry in Portugal, which has been a deep disappointment, in terms of unresponsiveness. Despite 12 contact attempts (4x by phone, 4x by and 4x by LinkedIn) since July 2026, Alexandra Garcia, Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry, remained unresponsive. Which is not aligned with the level of professionalism I expect from Korn Ferry.

Because of that, I don´t recommend investing your time and energy in Korn Ferry in Portugal.

Korn ferry began in 1969 and after a series of mergers including a firm called achieve global located in draper Utah. This location continues to be used by synchrony bank under the name achieve global but it's website is synchrony bank. Korn ferry has offices in 53 countries involved in recruitment, digital, executive search and korn ferry collaboration with synchrony for its executive search and recruitment. My experience with synchrony has been dismal and I won't go into specifics because korn ferry is a separate company with moderate reviews. I wish only the best for korn ferry.

I was given a leadership coach in my previous role - which should have been a great opportunity. However, the guy I had was previously a drugs/alcohol counsellor and was obsessed with discussing my childhood. Every session was uncomfortable and disturbing. He seemed to be trying to gaslight me. His final ‘gift’ was diagnosing me with ADHD! I have a few friends who work as therapists and life coaches. They were appalled by his behaviour. Luckily I’m pretty happy/balanced as this guy could have done some serious damage if I hadn’t been able to take the sessions with a pinch of salt. One of my colleagues also told me that the coach they had was a bully. A totally unprofessional set up.

Obnoxious company that harasses people who texts for job recruitment. They have zero permission to be contacting my number. They have no contact number on their website. They are scammers.
