SCAM?
I have completely lost all my money all $30K from ORCA (a broker that KORVATO recommended). I have been trying to get my refund from subscribing with them (another $30K) and as of this writing they have not given me any response. I still want to give this company the benefit of the doubt that they are not involved in any way with ORCA but their lack of response to my refund request is convincing me that they too are involved.

Korvato LOSES 26% in one day!
1. Signed up with Korvato March 12, 2025.
2. Trading began March 20, 2025 and was exclusively traded by Korvato, no manual trades.
3. They made small daily profits most days until April 10, 2025 totaling about $1,000.00 profit.
4. Korvato LOST $7,482.61 on April 11, 2025.
5. The money back guarantee requires 30 days of trading but a loss of 26% in ONE DAY = no need to continue!
6. Had to fight with them via a chargeback to gain a refund.
7. NOT a robot I'd recommend using due to substantial loss!

I started with Korvato in January of…
I started with Korvato in January of this year. I was very happy up until July when I experienced a significant loss - almost 10% of my account in one day. It would have been more had I not turned off the bot.
This is where the problem is with this solution. The Bot performs fine when markets aren't turbulent. However, when they are, which is going to happen, the bot continues to over trade (aka. martingale style) where it just doubles down and before you know it, you have huge losses that mount up very quickly.
The FOREX markets of today have become volatile and as a result, this bot simply can't perform reliably. I have pulled all my funds and am thankful I was able to almost break even. Definitely not the 5%/month that is marketed.

This is one of the only AI bots in the market with a 4-year track record. In the time I've been here, there was one scary month, the first down month they've ever had. Company leadership made themselves available to discuss what happened and what the plan was. There's always risk, but there's not always this level of transparency. Amazing!
Diego Pineda is my account manager. He is always available to answer my questions and to explain things when I am not sure what is going on. Even better, his enthusiasm and faith in the company is infectious; he truly believes in Korvato and you can tell.
Looking to the future, Korvato is rolling out new bots in new markets. This is the company this is not resting; they are looking for ways to help us all grow financially. I look forward to a long partnership with Korvato.

Offshore accounts that are uninsured were a no go for me
There are important details the company does not tell you. For example, the overseas accounts are NOT insured. They told me if I go with the Australian account it has the same type of FDIC insurance. It does not. I believe there is more risk in having the overseas accounts than there is in the trading platform. I paid $18K and it was difficult to get a refund - i got a bit of run around and then told to schedule an appointment 8 days out. Then during the appt I was told it will take a few days to process the refund. After four days, I had to file a dispute with American Express which resolved in my favor.

Professional service, good performance
So we had a hiccup at the beginning with the market and a bit of a downturn.... but since then the bot has performed as expected. Customer Service (Diego and others) has been very responsive, super professional, and a pleasure to work with. Very helpful in keeping my peace of mind, working through questions and issues with my account, etc. I'm still early in my experience with Korvato, but very happy with them so far... much better than my previous foray into this type of trading.

Has not conformed to a signed contract for a refund.
Went into this with a 50% upfront cost in June. By mid July I decided that this was not for me. I requested a refund per there 90 day 'no questions asked' policy. Contacted person who sold the program, and he responded you'll get your refund please contact customer support. Sent many, 6+ email to customer support....no response. Tried calling no response. I do not trust them. There appears to be several 1 star ratings ??????
Update: After this review was posted they went out of their way to communicate and execute the refund. Thank you

Dreadful experience
This was a horrible experience. I had already started my refund request, but I did have one day of trading on the bot, resulting in a 2.6% loss on that single day. They wanted to delay my refund, so I had to cancel my credit card payment for the bot. I received different answers from Korvado and the brokerage they forced into me as a snap decision without providing me with any information before the start of "onboarding", as I had requested. I felt that I was treated poorly by the salesperson (who was unable to answer any questions and would say things like "Why did you set up in PAMM? My fiance has the VPS, why not you?"). The "onboarding" specialist in Asia was also quite reluctant to fully answer questions.
I felt so totally disrespected that I could not possibly stay with such a company. I asked about needing to install software during my first meeting, and received a lie (the VPS option is indeed software that you must install and monitor daily.) I had asked repeatedly about the difference between PAMM and VPS options, and was never able to get a complete answer.
Finally, Charles Schwab fraud detection contacted me to alert me that the account I sent my initial deposit to had been previously flagged for fraud. I'm glad I was able to get nearly all my money back! I'm feeling even better that I'm not dealing with these jokers any longer!

This company is as dishonest as the come. If they get any of your money, good luck at getting it back if you decide not to give them more. I put down a $2.000 deposit (fully refundable, no questions asked) to give me time to do my due diligence and found things weren't what they claimed, so I requested my deposit back. that was 3 months ago and no response. Even my credit card company hasn't been able to resolve this dispute with Korvato. My suggestion is avoid at all cost, they're scam worthy at best.

Expensive lesson learned
I regret trusting this platform. The “advanced algorithm” didn’t stop me from losing a big chunk of my investment within days. The whole system relies on you setting risk controls you barely understand, yet they act like it’s beginner-friendly. I wish I had researched more before spending money here. Definitely a costly mistake I won’t repeat.

I required about the system, when I saw the $12,000 sticker price I was of course in sticker shock. I received a call today from a solicitor about the company I said no I have no interest in paying $12,000 for your product, they hung up the phone.
No communication, no setting why their products worth 12,000 nothing, just slam the phone up on me.
I definitely made the right decision
