Total scam. Dehumidifier does not a work. Their customer service say the room needs to be 30 degrees C with a humidity over 50. Where in the UK has a room at over 30 degrees C? Please tell me their UK address so we can pay them a visit!

stay well clear of this company, purchased a humidifier for £89, sent it back and was charged £54 as they said it had to go back to China which incurred customs and restocking charges. should not be allowed to trade in the UK

There should be an option for zero stars as this company is a disgrace.
I ordered a dehumidifier from this company on 19th January and then saw the all of the bad reviews I know I should have looked first a lesson learned there I think!..
I immediately contacted them to cancel as per my Consumer Rights and got the standard sorry we can't cancel email back in return and then the fight began..
I have so far managed a partial refund from this company and am still fighting to get the rest as per my legal rights as the order never left their facility so a restocking fee should never have applied.
I have now handed this over to my bank to recover the missing monies and am in the process of reporting this company to Trading Standards for fraudulent practice and their blatant breach of our Consumer Protection Laws.

This is a SCAM firm . I bought a dehumidifier from them that didn’t work . I contacted them dozens of times to no avail . I informed my bank and they have refunded me .
They are based in China not the uk as they would have you believe .
I will stick to B&Q or Amazon in the future .
They even go so far as to invent a “ 10 best humidifiers” web site and put up glowing reviews on themselves .
AVOID at all costs !!!

Don't buy from this website, you will get a product but will it be any good? if not you may as well write off what you have spent. the bad reveiws were not there when i purchased a humidifier. no customer services, email is a robot auto response, you can't get to speak with anyone.

Ordered a dehumidifier from this website . Didn't work at all .Awful customer service. Will not provide a returns address . They say that it has to be returned to China but don't mention it on their website.

They are a scam, thieves. A guy calling himself Benny emails and is a fraudster. Benny would not provide return address for faulty product or refund me under the consumer rights act 2015. Also be ware of pro tech website that rates them No.1. Ignore people who rate korvix high, it is Benny. I’d love to meet this dirt bag Benny !

Absolute scam company ,do not want returns offered me 5%then 8% refund of £118 paid & said I should gift dehumidifier to a friend. Item was delivered from U K in a few days but I must return to China paying all shipping costs plus 15% restocking fee.

Horrible company. They need to be reported for scamming people. I bought dehumidifier for £118 and canceled it within 8 mins because I read the negative reviews here but they were adamant that they posted it. I was asking for a proof of postage and they could not provide it. I refused delivery and now they say they have not received it. Luckily I paid with American Express card so I had consumer protection and they credited back to me the money I paid. I wish I can find the way how to report them so it saves other people from dealing with scammers. Avoid!

Company is a scam. Products are not fit for purpose. They will not refund you. They do not abide by uk law

I wish I'd found these reviews before purchasing one of their dehumidifiers. It's a truly awful and cheaply made machine, which does not perform as stated on their own website, let alone in some of these "Top 10 Dehumidifier" type lists. My main complaint is that the water tank is listed as 95oz capacity (2.8 litres) yet it holds nowhere near this amount. Many emails back and forth with their customer "support", requesting a full refund, which they are refusing. Absolutely worthless piece of kit, two Peltier elements, one fan, and a foam "filter", not anti-allergen filtering as stated. Lesson learned, hope this helps others to avoid these devices.

I can only reiterate what several people have already said - they are an awful company and their products are essentially toys - purchase at your peril.
Like others, I found it impossible to return being offered firstly 5, then 7 then 9% refund and suggesting that I give it as a present to friends or family members!
Luckily I purchased this toy humidifier (£118 by the way!) with my American Express card so got a speedy refund through them - excellent service yet again from Amex.
Anyone want to purchase this toy? Perhaps you may have a soggy cardboard box that needs drying out??

I bought a dehumidifier online and cancelled it within 6 minutes of buying it. But they would not accept the cancellation. They sent it, and now I want to return it. They say I have to send it back to China and do all the customs returns. Total joke, as they say they are UK-based. They have not been helpful at all , I would not ever buy from they at all.

They are an awful company. Total scam. Mine does not collect any water at all,so it is obviously broken. I have sent a dozen emails . They don't care. It's basically my fault for buying it. How it can be one of the top three God knows.

i bought the Kovix dehumidifier at £118. Oh how i regret it, low noise they say, thats a joke so i complained, they said use sleep mode, i already tried and that is sleep mode if your in another room as it is noisy, i used the dehumidifier in a damp room (i have a dehumidifier sensor in there) after 8 hours a thimble of water was collected and no dehumidification had taken place, i have been corresponding by email and they clearly will not give any straight answers, i want my money back they are absolutely intent on not paying me, These people are scammers, the advert is a lie from start to finish. Ithis company should not be allowed to trade in the UK. Lets see what we can do to stop them

"Korvix" is the latest 're-brand' of a scam/fake product previously sold as: 'Overly' or 'Covatar' or 'DryEase' or 'Raveno' or 'Dewett' or 'Rivexo' or 'Ocanvas' ) that was exposed by BBC journalist Polly Weston back in March 2024. (Google: "Polly Weston BBC "Dehumidified").
These products are identical and come up on a fake reviews site called 'top3-reviews.org'
The people behind this fake product just keep re-naming it and 're-launching' it to new sets of unsuspecting honest buyers. If you've bought the product with a credit card, you can get your money back from the card provider, under consumer law

I unfortunately brought a humidifier in error and contacted them to return the product under their 30 day return guarantee. Unfortunately this which is described on their website but has no details behind it is actually not a guarantee. You have to return any products that you want replacing or returning at your cost as they state it is complicated situation from their perspective as they are based in China and it is not economic for the goods to be returned. They offered a 14% cash return but nothing else . So be very careful in dealing with this company . I would never use this company again
