Abwicklung funktionierte reibungslos. Die APP u. Kundenservice sind top.
Bei Krankheit wird auch reibungslos die Stornierung akzeptiert (wenn Stornierungsbedienungen eingehalten wurden) und das Geld zurück gegeben.
Nur als ich eine 3 Insel Bootsreise für Kos buchte, war mir das Boot dazu sehr wichtig, welches bei euch auch zu buchen war. Leider bekamen wir dann ein anderes Boot.
Warum war es mit so wichtig? 1. Weil die ein wenig schneller die 3 Inseln abfahrten
2. Eine bessere Bewertung hatten u fast 1h schneller waren (als die langsamsten mit 8h, auf welche Boot wir dann waren, 7h wäre schon das absolute Limit gewesen, beide Boote übrigens um 10.00 Uhr los) 3. War das WC leider beim anderen Boot in so einer langen Zeit kaum nutzbar war (es war echt eklig) nur aus dringlichkeit musste ich es benutzen.
Nach Nachfrage bei euch hieß es dann wegen Überbuchung, würden wir umgebucht. Nut ich hatte den Ausflug so früh gebucht, dass genau wir zwei umgebucht wurden, fand ich nicht i.O.! In den Kommentaren haben alle von dem Boot Odyssee geschrieben, wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen war, dass hätten wir auch gerne gehabt. Denn es macht schon einen Unterschied, ob das Boot eine 4,8 von 5 Bewertung hat (Odyssee Boot), oder eine 4 v. 5 Bewertung (Poseidon Boot). Wenn schon eine Umbuchung dann bitte auf gleichen Niveau.
Datum der Erfahrung 25.08.2023 (ich bin ein wenig spät dran, da ich erst nicht vor hatte hier was zu sagen).

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung, schön dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, sowohl die positiven Seiten als auch Ihre Kritik zur 3-Insel-Tour mit uns zu teilen.
Wir können gut nachvollziehen, dass Sie enttäuscht waren, nicht mit dem Odyssey-Boot fahren zu können. Wie wir Frau Somma bereits per E-Mail erklärt haben, war das Odyssey in der Hochsaison leider komplett ausgebucht, sodass wir eine Alternative organisieren mussten. Wir arbeiten sowohl mit dem Odyssey als auch mit dem Boot Poseidon eng zusammen und bemühen uns stets, unseren Gästen ein möglichst ähnliches Erlebnis zu ermöglichen. Die Route der Poseidon ist vergleichbar, aber wir wissen, dass es bei Aspekten wie der Dauer oder dem Service an Bord Unterschiede geben kann, die vielleicht nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Es tut uns sehr leid, wenn das Ihren Gesamteindruck beeinflusst hat. In der Hochsaison lassen sich Änderungen leider manchmal nicht vermeiden. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis. Wir hoffen dennoch, dass Sie die Tour und die wunderschönen Inseln genießen konnten. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback!

Fully recommend - brilliant
I used the company to sort my airport transport instead of the package holiday free transfer in Kos. The driver was there waiting for us on arrival and helped with the bags. Tue bus was immaculate and we got water, disco lights and music which started the holiday off brilliantly. On the way home same again and the driver was 15 mins early so we were really relaxed. I emailed a few times to confirm pick ups and arrangements and got a really quick reply. Can't rate them highly enough, brilliant. Deffo use again

Meneer stond ons netjes op te wachten bij het vliegveld. We hadden een ruime bus met 4 personen. Op de terugweg was meneer ook netjes op tijd met dezelfde bus. Het kostte €88 - van vliegveld naar Lambi v.v..

Excellent service from Kos4all Tours. We used them for a private transfer from Kos airport to our hotel. The driver was waiting for us when we came into arrivals hall and he was friendly and very helpful. The same driver picked us up for our return, arriving at our hotel on time. Can't fault the service and would gladly use Kos4all tours again.

Keurig, snel geregeld en voor een goede prijs
Behulpzame chauffeur die ons stond op te wachten in de aankomsthal met onze naam. Hij nam gelijk onze koffers over (waren we blij mee, omdat mijn man slecht ter been is). Ging tevens de auto halen, zodat we voor de deur in konden stappen en we kregen ook nog een koud flesje water. Bij het appartement tilde hij de koffers ook nog voor ons het trapje op. De chauffeur op de terugweg was even vriendelijk en ruim op tijd bij ons appartement en hielp ons ook heel goed met de koffers en het in en uit stappen. Parkeerde de auto recht voor de vertrekhal. Heel plezierig om je vakantie zo te beginnen en ook te eindigen. Een echte aanrader en volgend jaar zeker weer.
