Well constructionand the red lights is strong! But you want the truth it doesnt do nothing after 2 months every day use nothing I dont feel any improvement soo save your money!

arthritis in my left wrist

I have arthritis in my left wrist which travels through my thumb and index finger. The wrap has greatly helped to ease the pain. Only wish the wrap covered my fingers also, however, the areas it does cover have improved greatly.

New to this product

My spouse and I each purchased the belt. So far, it has been helping him manage pain in his shoulders, and it has been helping me with bloating after meals, pain on my lower back, and currently using it to try and break up adhesions.
The only complaint we would have would be the very strong factory type smell that is still coming off of the material.

The product was defective from the…

The product was defective from the start. They required a video to prove it. They said my hand was moving when I was recording. They said the product was working perfectly. The product would short out with the slightest movement. They would not do anything for me. So I went back through the credit card I use to try to get my money back. Then they refused to do anything until I closed my case with the credit card. So I closed the case and now they will not do anything because they said the case is still pending. I had to send them a letter stating they closed the case. Now they won’t return my emails. This is the biggest scam ever don’t waste your money.

We did our best to troubleshoot the issue based on the information and video provided. We also requested additional verification to help determine whether the device itself was faulty, as this allows us to provide the most appropriate solution under our warranty process.

Regarding the chargeback, once a dispute is opened with the card issuer, the order becomes subject to the payment provider's chargeback process. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement while a chargeback is active. Although you shared documentation indicating the case had been closed, our payment provider has confirmed that they have not yet received an official chargeback cancellation from your bank through their required channels. Until they receive that notification, the dispute remains open in their system and we are unable to proceed.

We understand this is frustrating, and we are still willing to help as soon as the payment provider confirms the chargeback has been officially cancelled. If you contact your bank and ask them to send the cancellation directly to the payment provider, we'll be able to move forward right away.

We appreciate your patience and hope we can resolve this for you.

So far so good

So far so good. I’ve been using the Kovaria hand wrap for about a month now and I am not really seeing much of a difference but my condition is not deteriorating either. Still and all I am hoping for the best. Will keep you posted.

Using for a month now and no relief

Using for a month now and no relief. Red light therapy is a hoax it does not work. This is the second brand that I have used with no relief at all.

Well worth the cost…

Id been barely managing with only limited sleep at night due to carpal tunnel pain. Initially skeptical of the Kovaria wrap I've discovered that by using it twice a day for the past 2 or 3 weeks I've been able to stretch out my sleep to a continuous 6 hours or so. I'm confident continued use will result in more benefit.

Severe Carpal Tunnel and…

I have quite severe Carpal Tunnel and selected Kovaria (against having surgery) as an option, having read a lot of reviews and reports.
Clearly, it is not a quick fix but I have been persevering with 15 mins daily now for a few months. Sometimes, I feel progress is being made whilst other times not so. Think this will take a few months, so I will keep going!

I bought this device for my adult son

I bought this device for my adult son, who has had significant issues with his left wrist, and minimal success with physiotherapy and other therapies. Doctors have not been able to adequately diagnose the issue, with speculation that it could be rheumatoid arthritis, ligament damage or fluid build up.
He has been using the Kovaria device as recommended, and it has definitely helped more than anything else to date. He feels that with regular use his wrist is continuing to improve. Time will tell whether it assists to return his wrist to full function without pain.
