In my well over 60 years of sewing, Kovi Fabrics is the first merchant that continues to WOW me with their collection of beautiful fabrics as well as excellent customer service. Samples of fabrics arrive quickly and I dare you to try to select just one. They will definitely inspire you to start that next project!

I purchased the perfect fabric to reupholster chairs from Kovi. Their excellent customer service assured me the color and material would be a good choice. They called and emailed me to be sure that I was satisfied and- I was VERY satisfied! I will buy from Kovi again Because of the quality of the product and their excellent customer service!

I looked for 2 weeks for the right fabric for covering metal dining chairs. I finally found it at Kovi. They were prompt, accurate & efficient. Loved the fabric & the results!

Fabric was highest of quality, my fabricator was impressed with the quality and forgiveness of fabric.

The customer service department never returns messages and when they speak to you and say they will look into your situation they never call back. My order was completely wrong for example, I order 3 yards of a beige vinyl and 2 yards of a silver vinyl, I received 5 yards of the beige vinyl. When I called about the order some man basically yelled at me to go online to report the problem which, I did then I followed up a few hours later with a phone call. I explained the problem that I DON’T WANT the 2 YARD OF SILVER VINYL” ONLY 2 yards of the beige. They replied keep the beige and I will call you back about the other vinyl you needed. They never called back and Fedex delivered the Sliver vinyl that I said I don’t need at this time. I needed that last week. As of today, I haven’t received a call back about my ordered. I will not order from them if I have a pressing or dead line order to fill. The vinyl was perfect.

I use kovi for most of my automotive projects and they’ve always come through. I usually receive my orders within 2 days of ordering which is fantastic. I’ll continue to order from here.

KOVI's response time is fantastic. My samples came promptly, and my order arrived the day after I had placed it. The fabrics are excellent. I received particularly good service when I called to get an estimate on what amount I needed for my project. The responder seemed very knowledgeable and guided me patiently through the process, even making suggestions I hadn't considered. I'll be looking to KOVI again for sure.

The fabric was wonderful and delivery was very quick. The best is the customer service and quick response. I would highly recommend this company-they have good people working for them!

Been surfing for just the right material to cover dining chairs, taking them from country to classy. Getting a sample made it clear we found the right material. Ordering was easy, shipping quick, & great follow up to the sale.

I was very impressed with the selection of fabrics from which to choose. I found exactly what I wanted and the ordering process was a breeze. I highly recommend Kovi for their fabric quality and quantity.

The most difficult thing in the whole process is too much of a good thing. I loved so many of the patterns and colors. I have a vintage midcentury Ethan Allen dining table and chairs in a very modern apartment. Needed to find the right material to enhance the chairs but update them to fit into the rest of the apartment. I got it narrowed down, and once chosen, it was so easy to order (there was phone/email help if needed). The materials vary, but all were reasonably priced. Delivered quickly. The material is excellent quality and all worked out well. I will use them on my next project.

At first I thought the fabric is pricy here, so I looked elsewhere, and KOVI end up being the cheapest. The customer service was fantastic. I ordered 3 samples before making purchase, and finally settled on 2 of them. They sent me 3 emails to confirm if I need any help and offered to credit back the money I spent on the samples. The fabric came quick and properly wrapped. I will buy again from them and definitely recommend it to my friends!

The customer service is excellent. I had them match a second fabric color to my more expensive fabric and I was quite happy with it.

I have ordered fabric twice from KOVI and their customer service is impeccable. They respond quickly with deliveries, but most importantly, they check back with you to see if your order has arrived and if you are happy! Also, the fabrics are gorgeous!

Hands down the BEST customer service ever. I will definitely be ordering again. I had a fabric chosen that I waited a little to long to order. It ended up being out of stock. With the help of several employees, multiple fabric samples were sent to me as a replacement. None ended up working so I decided to wait for the fabric chosen to be in stock again, which ended up being a couple months. They follow up a couple months later, on the exact day they estimated. Andrea at Kovi is my rock star. Thank you!
