KPL TECH SOLUTION and its staff are very customer service oriented, I had a wonderful experience with My Project manger Maria Smith, all throughout the process she was always there looking to please me in everyway and the work they performed on my website was superb, I'm very pleased and I would recommend them to any of my friends or family member.

KPL Tech solutions have one of the best customer experiences. I assigned a website development and the results were amazing. John Baker assisted me throughout and I can say that he has sharp communication skills. I am recommending KPL tech solutions to my friends who are looking for digital marketing solutions.

I engaged with Avinash Samtani and they took my deposit and never provided me with the website. No refund...scammed me out of a lot of money! Scammer!

KPL reached out months ago about providing website optimization services. They offered a free site audit, which I was happy to consider as we're always looking for potential business partners. If they had a good service, I would be happy to pay for it.

Their audit was full of typos and errors and faulty/misleading information, so I declined a meeting. They didn't follow up on that email to address my concerns. Instead, the next month, they sent the same audit from a new email.

I politely declined and told them clearly that we aren't interested in working with KPL. Now every few weeks I receive a new email from a new KPL rep requesting a meeting, and nothing I do can stop these emails from cluttering my inbox.

This company is at best poorly organized and incapable of managing their own outreach, implying in no uncertain terms they cannot provide optimization for other businesses. At worst, they are knowingly harassing me to try and force a meeting or phish for information.

As a full time marketing professional with over 7 years experience in the SEO and digital marketing space, I encourage any company considering KPL to look elsewhere. I have never come across a spammier company. And if you haven't already, DON'T respond to their first email - they will never stop hounding you.

Scam Alert..!!! I paid this company over $1400 for a website and SEO after several months the site still isn’t complete. After several attempts and phone call tbey still refused to refund my mone. They are in India so I have to file federal charges and I am. Do not do business with them.!!

I gave these guys a significant amount of money for building a website in the first month of engineering it to show up on Google after three weeks they’ve done nothing but cut and paste a little bit of content from my website that I currently had onto the most shabby crappy Outline of a website ever seen. There was not one thing that about it that was good. I literally can’t explain to you how bad this was one word was literally split into four lines. worst customer service. Very argumentative i couldn’t even understand them. after everything was said and done and I told him I was not happy. They didn’t carry kept all my money aside no nothing I have paid for domain name that still hasn’t been bought yet. Horrible horrible horrible people. Take a minute and read The reviews on yelp. They all sound so generic no one writes reviews like they I think they sound completely fake
