Ordered a sp2000 pump for a bubble…
Ordered a sp2000 pump for a bubble magus curve 7. Shows 2 in stock on the website.
Checked out and paid, no mention that it was out of stock, only when I sent a email to see if I could track the order, I find out, it is not in stock.
Asked for refund. I can get this direct from bubble magus, paying slightly more but in stock and delivery will be Monday 29th December.

Hi Rob,
As my colleague mentioned, it was theChaetomorpha (Cheato) Macro Algae that was was out of stock and ordered on backorder (showing as None In Store but Available to order from Supplier).
Backorders generally hold the full order until the item(s) arrive back in stock, unless the multiple shipment option is selected at the checkout. This is also highlighted at the checkout.
Your full order has been cancelled and refunded as requested.

Lacking customer service
Second order with Kraken. The first went through without issue. This order included a damaged item. The item was returned as Kraken were unable to offer any monetary refund to compensate for the damage. Instead, they preferred to pay for return postage of the 20kg item. It hasn't encouraged me to shop there again.

Having looked into this, I can see that we had offered to send out a new bucket to replace the broken one and we also offered to add £10 credit to your account. Both of which you said no to and asked to return the item. Due to this we complied and arranged the collection for you.
