I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Northfleet and couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first consultation through to the final appointment, the entire team was professional, friendly, and supportive.

The treatment process was explained clearly at every stage, and I always felt confident that I was in expert hands. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making every visit a positive experience.

My teeth are now straighter than I ever thought possible, and my confidence has improved tremendously. The attention to detail and care throughout my Invisalign treatment was outstanding.

I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering Invisalign or looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.

What could I say about Kreate at Northfleet other then excellent and that goes from the receptionists to the dentist herself.
Had some intensive dentistry work undertaken and all was done with such professionalism and care by both Dr Rosh and her assistant Laura it came across as outstanding. Well done all :) ( new teeth smile!)

Ben and Brodie put me completely at ease. The staff members at Kreate are always polite, welcoming and friendly. Ben constantly asked if I was relaxed and comfortable during my procedure.

I’ve been having a course of dental work with Kreate - no one is more surprised than me to see me returning to a dentist but they are so great that I’ve actually managed to catch up with years of avoided dentistry - something I thought I would never do. Dr Shah really knows his stuff, is always welcoming and makes sure that I’m happy and comfortable as he knows how nervous I am. Dental nurse Shannon is amazing at her job and has a very calming and professional approach to everything - I’m always glad she’s there. I still have two crowns to go but I’ve come a very long way and wouldn’t have got this far with another dental practice. Big thanks to Kreate!

Very very positive experience. I have a phobia of needles and the dentist, nurses and assistants all showed care, professionalism and consideration, they talked me through each step and told me to stop at any point. Their reassurance makes the whole experience so much more pleasant and calming. Very very grateful for this type of treatment, and the work carried out is very well done. I’m happy with my white fillings - they look very good. My dentist is Deepika and I had both Nilu and Ravinder supporting. The receptionists are always lovely too. Thank you very much all!

Ursula has cured me of my dental phobia. I am never worried about going back to the dentist now. Her and Ella are so friendly and going to the dentist is a pleasure, something I never thought I'd say. Reception staff are also lovely, this is a great dental surgery

Had an appointment with the hygienist. Lovely greeting as always when walking through the door. Helen is always super friendly and always greets with a smile.
I was quickly shown to my room for my appointment with hygienist Seema and nurse Nilv. They were both very friendly, asked how I was and had a nice chit chat before starting with my teeth! They took care and attention at every step.
I've been coming here since I was a little girl and I wouldn't go anywhere else now, so much so that I travel an hour to get to my appointments.

I was in excruciating pain and needed an emergency appointment. The team were very accommodating and reassured me through the entire process. They even worked through their lunches to make sure that i got the care i needed. Big thanks to Deepika, Ravinder, Varsha and Helen for being so attentive.

The dentist Ben with the assistance of Brodie managed to save my tooth, while other dental advice had been to just extract the tooth. I walked away a very happy man.

Highly recommend this Dental practice which I have attended 30+ yrs during which time it was taken over by Kreate from Quigley’s. My daughters & my sister & bro in law also have been treated here for many years.
We all find the staff all to be very professional, helpful, caring & reassuring.
It has a very organised & relaxed atmosphere from the moment you enter through the door.

Deepika, my dentist , nurse Elsie, also Helen and Dee on reception were so friendly and always put me at my ease. I would recommend Kreate dental to anyone who is worried about going to see a dentist.

Private dentist that provides friendly receptionists such as Sharon, and Dentists that care. Procedures are not rushed and commentary during complicated procedures are reassuring. Minus one star as the waiting room is a little cramped.

Would recommend to anyone! I’m a nervous patient who normally avoids the dentist, only went as I had broken a tooth & was in a lot of pain. It needed removal which was done there and then, with no pain or discomfort. It felt non judgmental and the dentist was so empathetic to my fears and embarrassment. I was put at ease.

I’ve visited for myself twice now, and have only good things to say about the dentist here. They are so attentive and reassuring and explain everything to you in detail. What’s even better is the receptionists are lovely, especially Gemma! She’s so bubbly & genuinely just such a happy person! Exactly the vibe you’d want in someone who is front facing of a business. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
