Il y a eu une erreur dans ma commande et malgré les preuves photos envoyées deux fois, ils ont refusé mes preuves et n'ont pas voulu me rembourser ou me renvoyer le bon produit.

Horrible experience. The product is nothing like what is pictured (it’s probably a 1/4 of the size) and the beads are tiny. I didn’t try to assemble because of how small it was. Because it says it’s returnable I went that route but after 12 emails with the support, I got no where. Horrible company and a waste of money.

I purchased an item from the seller and it arrived damaged in transit. I have contacted them and they offered me a 20% refund and a new product, it seemed fair. Well 2 months have passed all I received was 10% refund and a fake shipping number. the company is a fraud. The Item shipped from China not the US. They pose as an American based company but I call BULLSHIT!!! Stay away nothing good will come of it.

This merchant is absolutely terrible. Don't let their address in New Hampshire fool; they're actually located in CHINA. Their products are delivered in smashed boxes via a Chinese courier service. If you want to return an item, they will tell you to email them your reason for returning it. Then you are told to wait until they review it and approve it. Every legitimate business never requires you to submit a reason for returning a purchase and wait for their approval. If anything, they have you pick an option out of a pre-generated list, when you prompt a return, not email them a reason for them to look over to decide whether or not they agree. Nowhere do they indicate on their website that all sales are final. They only state to email them if you want to return something you've purchased from them. Once they reply to you, they give you a return address in CHINA, not to New Hampshire where they show that they are located. They also tell you to pay the international shipping fee yourself. This company advertises through the social media platforms of Facebook and Instagram, and you can also find them on the Shop app. So please be aware of how horrible this merchant is if ever you, or your child, see something advertised that looks appealing.
