Krok Wood UK Opiniones

Amazing quality slat! Great price!

Scammers. They do not supply order confirmations. They do not supply invoices. They do not heed requests re. delivery dates. They do not answer telephone calls. They do not answer emails. The one thing that they will do is to take your money... You might as well throw your money down a drain rather than giving it to the likes of Krok Wood UK (a scam which seems to be operated by one 'Maksym Koliubaiev').

If I could give zero, or a negative number, I would.
Customer service is horrendous. Absolute jokers who refuse take responsibility.
Buy from them at your own risk.

The bed slats were very good quality and a reasonable price for that quality. Far superior than others I looked at. Made our hybrid mattress much firmer and more comfortable. Easy to install.

They actually honored the discount code (which many other companies do not seem to do). Great communications and fast delivery

Good bed. Minus 1 star because the slat wasn't part of the bed and we had to buy separately.

Beautiful bed, delivered on time. Excellent quality wood and easy to put together - 30 mins!

Sehr effizient - Lieferung war puenktlich. Bett wurde einfach gebaut

Fantastisch tisch. Danke

Fantastic quality, beautiful design, no fuss web site and received within 24 hours of ordering - would heartily recommend.

Toll
Sehr zufrieden.

Don’t bother buying a bed from these jokers. They didn’t send the bolts and screws and half of the wooden frames!! Something you would think is so basic, they seem to struggle so greatly with. Jokers

Ordered the wrong slats size. Extremely responsive and arranged for swapping with correct product within days. Product quality also excellent.

Good communication, quick delivery.

Bed was very good quality and very sturdy. Good price as well. Delivery was very quick.

Very quick delivery of what has turned out to be some really nice solid beech wood stools. Price was excellent for the quality received.

Great quality bed. Fantastic service from the company too, particularly from Maks. He made sure to let me know that the bed came without slats and although they were out of stock in the size I needed, he came up with an innovative solution using a larger size. There was one screw missing when the bed arrived but he arranged for additional ones to be sent to me which arrived within 2 days. Very happy overall and would recommend highly.

Easy ordering process. Very good price plus a discount. Excellent product, easy to assemble. The delivery driver was prompt and very helpful. My only criticism is the BT text messaging. It was confusing and contacted me around 7 a.m. Altogether I received 4 messages, all exactly the same!

Proper good quality and solid bed frame & slats, very happy with the price and quality.

The table was excellent, very easy to assemble. Highly recommended.
