The professionalism and the quick work of the team, especially my loan officer Khoa and the loan processor Thai, made everything go smoothly for my conventional loan and buying the new property. I am self-employed and already have six other houses, so my situation is a bit complicated. But Khoa and Thai, they are very good at their job, paying attention to every detail and always communicating clearly and quickly. Anytime I have question, they are there to answer.
