I have used key solutions since I moved into my first home in 2019. They got me a good deal then, and since then I have renewed my producto twice including paying back my help to buy loan and they have got me the best deals and guided me through the process. Alexander Nash has also recently assisted in getting me a mortgage on a new home. He is very friendly, honest, efficient and explains things clearly. I have always had a great experience with Key solutions and will continue to use them in the future.

As a first time buyer getting my first mortgage, Ryan made the process simple and was incredibly helpful, responsive and great throughout.

Have been working with Victoria at Key Solutions since my initial mortgage almost 10 years ago. Victoria has been very informative, and also took the initiative on one occasion (during the mortgage price hikes a few years ago) when the package I agreed on was pulled that day and was no longer available - through no fault of Victoria or Key Solutions.
Victoria instead immediately signed me up to the next best package - of a similar nature, making sure I wouldn't lose out on it and then contacted me to let me know the development, and allow me to change my mind.
I was happy with this decision, as it meant that I was didn't miss out on the newer deal but also wasn't tied in if it wasn't to my liking.
Her correspondence has always been professional, and when we schedule an appointment, she will always call me at the time we scheduled for.
