Dave Randle was extremely friendly and welcoming from our first encounter and this continued throughout the entire process. From the very first stages we felt that our needs and wishes were being listened to and the design evolved to meet them (even when we changed our minds). At times he would gently point out the pitfalls of an idea we presented.

After the order was placed he kept us informed of the progress, and matched us up with fitters. There were a couple of minor problems with the units as delivered from Germany, but these were swiftly dealt with, without fuss or pushback.

The fitters were friendly and professional. The standard of their work was extremely high and small problems caused by our kitchen tiles, uneven ceiling etc. were no problem to them. Dave visited during the installation to check all was going as expected.

Would definitely recommend KUBE and Dave Randle - if we ever need another kitchen we will use them again.

Really pleased with my kitchen from Kube Chester. Georgina was lovely to deal with and really knew her stuff. She talked me through the different designs and appliances, and the price was very good too. I had my own fitters install it, and I’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent staff with amazing service. Chris was amazingly helpful with suggestions for our design. We then had our detailed design meeting with Jing which was incredible. Loved everything about the process. Made the numerous decisions painless and fun. So excited with our new kitchen and thank you so much to the brilliant Chris & Jing, you were fantastic.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with David Randle when choosing our new kitchen. David was friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

He took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered excellent advice and was always patient when we had questions or wanted to make changes. We never felt pressured, and David made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience from the start. When we first visited we had no idea what we wanted and we were in the middle of a big building project. Dave was fantastic and showed us all the options and helped us design a kitchen with no pressure to buy ( unlike other kitchen shops we visited) dave understood we were a few months away from a decision and we left with a great idea and price. When we were ready for the kitchen we had moved the room it was going in so dave redesigned the whole kitchen and nothing was to much trouble. After ordering dave kept in touch with delivery dates etc and all the staff were friendly when we popped in a couple of times to look inside drawers etc. Kitchen delivery was on time and brought in no problem. We contacted dave a couple of times while fitting and dave and his colleague was so helpful when we called in with questions. The whole team have been great and nothing is to much trouble. Being able to look around numerous times and be offered help and advise but not in a pushy way is great as there is no presure and the finished product is amazing. We honestly couldnt believe the quality for the price. A massive thanks to dave and the team.

We have had a great experience with Jing & Chris in the planning stage of our new kitchen. They've been very patient with our design changes. Can't wait to get the next stage rolling.

Five stars for Dave! He has been incredibly supportive when we were struggling to make decisions and showed amazing attention to detail throughout the project. He is bringing our vision to life, and I cant wait for our new kitchen, the new hub to our home. Highly, Highly recommended!

Great kitchen design experience so far. The staff in the Dulwich branch have been very helpful and have shown great attention to detail. The fitter was professional and gave us all the info we need. The kitchens look high quality and we're looking forward to getting it fitted!
