I didn't like two things
I didn't like two things. First, the delivery was done by taxi. The taxi driver can't deliver to the door. Moreover, he didn't even reach my house, and I had to walk to the neighboring one. And it cost me 25 GEL! Second, I didn't see any information that the packaging was damaged. There was a big tear in the box, but fortunately, the product itself was fine.

Very poor order delivery quality
I've ordered the items to be delivered to the office address and clearly stated in the notes that "it is the office AND i need delivery to happen between 10:30 and 16:00". It was also stated by the company that delivery will take place within 1-2 days (it was paid delivery). The currier called me on the second day (so it was the last of the two days when the package should have been delivered according to the rules of delivery) at 21:30 (!!!) and said that he will be able to deliver in 30 minutes. I had to reschedule and stated that I need the package to be delivered before lunch - the currier called me at 17:00 and we had to postpone again... Very poor service in terms of processing orders and addressing the clients needs...

We would like to mention that you ordered 1-2 days express shipping. we attempted delivery to the address you indicated in the order. you agreed to the delivery person to meet in 1 hour after call and it appears that you ware not in the address indicated in the order. that courier agreed to you to deliver next day. so you wanted delivery to the same address next day until 3:00 PM and to another address after 3:00 PM. Next day courier called you at about 5:00 PM to ask the address you ware at that moment in order to deliver and you refused to get the order in your residential address. so we agreed again to deliver next day and 3rd delivery attempt are successful. We tried 3 times to deliver, however as far as you ware not happy with our service, we would like to offer refund the double amount of your express shipping cost (10 GEL x 2=20GEL). Thank you for your honest reply. We apologize for this. We have offered the partial refund for the damaged box, however it is important to mention that box was not opened and the content was complete. Unfortunately sometimes boxes are quizzed or slightly cracked during the transportation.
