I am from Spain, I bought in this store because there was what I was looking for and because I thought they were going to send my order the next day (I placed the order on December 25)
They sent it on December 28
I sent them an email asking if there was any problem with my order and it was never answered.
I understand that due to the dates and day my order was sent to me, I understand that my order will be delivered on January 5

les envie un correo elecctronico preguntando si habia algun problema con mi orden y nunca fue Respondido
entiendo que por la fechas y el dia que me enviaron mi pedido entiendo que mi orden me sera entregado el dia 5 de enero

Absolutely no problems with this transaction. I received what I ordered when I expected it, which in this case was the next day, so would have no hesitation in dealing with Kudos again

I contacted Kudos Hair about buying a gift from them yesterday (22 December). Natasha couldn't have been more helpful. Kudos dispatched the gift yesterday afternoon and it was delivered by DPD this afternoon (23 December). Brilliant service from Natasha and all at Kudos Hair. Will definitely recommend to others!

The product (hairdryer) is brilliant, but unfortunately it arrived with a 2 pin (european) plug. I was surprised so rang and was offered a refund but I decided to keep it and change the plug. The customer service response was excellent and overall I am very satisfied.

Ever since I decided to start using hair tonic I've gone to Kudoshair for my purchases. Nice variety, decent pricing, timely delivery. Be a while before I need to restock my hair tonic. But Kudoshair stock more than just that one item.
