Lee, as we have stated multiple times, you received exactly the product that you ordered—the Supreme Trimmer Solo Single Foil Shaver. You did not order a dual foil shaver, despite your claims. It’s also telling that you ignored our request to provide a screenshot of your order confirmation, which would have easily clarified this. Your review is misleading, and we stand by the fact that we fulfilled your order correctly.

If the item has been used, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return as it cannot be re-sold in used condition.
