No hand soap, shampoo, bed is too small not enough for two adults. Not comfortable. Neighbour is loud . No car park.

The flat was very nice and clean, the staff very helpful, and its a very nice neighbourhood so our actual experience in the flat was superb.
What got on my nerves though is the relentless emailing, messaging and reminders before our visit, that was really exhausting.

A fiasco of a check-in procedure spoilt our experience of a clean and decent accommodation. The guest portal is useless, no benefit to the customer: it incorrectly claims that photo id is needed for legal reasons; having to deal with anonymous messaging system, then finally the guide section is blank! It said they were taking security deposit, then asked for it again, when queried they confirmed aok, but then they didn't send access code for our arrival. Had to phone them to sort out. Apparently they hadn't taken the deposit after all and then I had to arrange payment to get in. Then door code didn't work, more messages to resolve. No apartment keys were left, had to stay in until keys arrived. Also wifi was rubbish in our apartment, no working solution provided.

Overall stay was average only. I had to extend my stay here multiple times due to inevitable circumstances and the facility charged me extra multiple times for cleaning the rooms. Wifi was horrible, almost no connectivity.

V handy location for Moseley/Edgbaston. Good value and local bars/restaurants. Parking availability great. Only basic items in kitchen and no soaps in bathroom so will need own supplies.

Area is cool but no extra bedsheets for five days stay

The pictures on the website were not realistic.
Room D has gas meter in the cupboard 40cm from the pillow, from which very bad smell is coming from. Room C is a box room and doors cannot open enough for the person to enter freely. Which is also fire door obstruction and danger. Towels were not clean well enough. Hallway and sitting room has strong unpleasant smell at all times. Bathroom has a lot of dump on walls and around bathtub,tiles almost falling off and side panel on bathtub are falling apart. Backdoor not locking and front main doors do not have number of the property on. Genuinely we were prepared for very basic accomodation only sadly,this particular property was way below expectation We were is severe de-stress during our 2nights stay out of planned 4nights.
Also, customer service on the first night didn't help at all. We felt completely left out and hopeless till we made more complaints to Booking.com .

Front doors didn't have house number. Parking was not private ,but street parking if lucky to get place close by.
Room D was very uncomfortable smell of carcasses and gas meter is 40cm from the pillow!!!! Warn out carpet full of strong smell of cooking, at places ripped, bathroom full of dump-tiles almost falling off, side panel from bathtub rotten and falling apart. Back doors do not lock. Room C doors do not open fully due to being small box room so bed doesn't fit in fully obstructing doors (only fire doors) from opening and walls needed full painting... We have full video and picture proof of the house.
Customer service was not helpful, sadly we felt as they were taking our complaints but not reacting to it so we would have little choice... Pictures on the website do not match reality. So distressing.

Overall my experience was good. Although it takes time to get hold of the customer service, when they do answer, they are quite pleasant and almost always helpful. The only downside of the property is there is no actual parking space. I don't recall seeing on the website that it will be a street parking (it just states free parking) and if you aren't lucky, you could be parked in another block. This was quite difficult as I normally have training equipment with me.

The arrival did not go that well as first the receptionist on the phone struggled initially in assisting us in getting in to the property. Then when we got in I had the same problem to get into the room. Then discovered that there was no access to WiFi which had been advertised and had to insist that it be sorted which ended u in it being a long night after a long flight. I have no problem with the room itself

Place.needs redecoration, paint flaking if the bathroom, the room I was in, first the door can’t open fully due to the bed being in the way! The place needs painting badly, informed them I was working nights, a delightful polish cleaner arrived every morning and blasted music out when she was cleaning! Sat and sun, lots of other people shouting loudly, then after a I leave after 5 days no deposit returned, I get Intouch will take 9-14 days, not 7 days as I was informed in the first place!

There was no staff to meet or talk to. We even had to shorten our stay and look for accommodation elsewhere

Kunda House stay from 29 June to 1 July Faults I would like to report, Flaky paint, skirting missing from shower, dirty towels, dirty chair seat, very noisy

Very bad I am not happy so far i have not received my refund from the deposide

Too much noise from the room 6 top floor noice and the kitchen was a walking to the toilet and bathroom on the ground floor.

Good location. Flat clean. Bed comfortable. Quiet overnight
Some basics for washing up and cleaning in the kitchen would be useful
