I've used KunKune several times now and the service is excellent. Great prices, items arrive on time and are always well packaged. I consider them a totally trusted supplier and highly recommend them.

I've bought a few components for arduino projects from Kunkune now. They have an excellent range, very reasonable pricing and super-responsive customer service.
I had an issue with a component and emailed customer services at 9pm, I had a reply and a resolution within 20 minutes which really is exceptional.

First-time customer and I placed an order for an item, turns out they have two variations of the item that I'd not realised at the time of placing my order.

Asked for clarification of the two types, on a Saturday, got a response within ~1h and was able to amend my order prior to dispatch.

Really help, and I can only assume that future interaction will be just as positive.

Great kit! 4 thermostat show me the thermocline of my heat store, without which troubleshooting the heat pump/stove combo would have been impossible! It alarms on overheat (even after power cut) too. Comprehensive solution for small money... And delivered rapidly!

Good price, good communication. Arrived quickly and came with a useful free gift of jumper wires to go with the breadboard I ordered. Top job!

I was hesitant about purchasing, having never heard of KunKune before, however, I didn't need to be! They dispatched my item super quickly, it was extremely well packaged in a custom mini box and it came first class post. Their pricing and postage costs are so reasonable too. All in all, a thoroughly pleasant experience!

I ordered a zk-4 buck converter from Ali in China and it never arrived.A lot of time passed before I was refunded. I Found the same unit on Kunkune website . I had a good experience previously with Kunkune so I hit the buy button and the item was at my door the next morning. Fantastic service. When I factored in the tax and delivery from Ali, the Kunkune item worked out to be the same price ! Save yourself a lot of hassle and forget large china supermarkets, try this UK BASED company instead, the customer service is 5*.
