THIS IS THE WORST company. I purchased over $100 dollars worth of product because I liked the scent of the roller oils. I got lotion that has ZERO scent, and it was runny and watery. I called customer service, and they DO NOT do exchanges or returns, and they are even aware that the lotions don't hold the scent! This is the last dollar they will ever get from me. When I called, she said, that she thinks I should just "give it a try" and the "nourishing" properties are good, even if it doesn't have a smell..... WhAT? you buy a scented lotion for the SCENT! Horrible.

I've been ordering from this company for years. They sell my favorite scents, but their customer service bites. I will order a couple products, then a few days later, without even an email, all or most of your order is refunded. Just like that. I ordered another small item for "fun", but because they never had my main item, your travel size item will be shipped at full shipping cost! I would not have ordered ANYTHING under those circumstances. This happened with this company once before, so I'm assuming it's a regular practice with them. I've emailed them, with absolutely no response. IMO, any company not willing to respond to customers, or customer issues, doesn't need my money. They've lost a long time customer. Too many other companies out there that offer a good product, don't "sell" product they DON'T HAVE, and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
*****EDIT 9/15. Kuumba Made reached out to me today. Apparently, a mistake was made and an apology was given. Patee offered to ship my item, however, however when I received my original refund, and I purchased elsewhere. I will consider a future purchase in the future.

Had a shipping problem and the customer service representative was so nasty in email that I was completely shocked by the way that she not only handled the situation or should I say didn't, but just how she spoke to me. Very odd very unprofessional very disgusting.

I had very good experience with this company and had 2 orders of perfumes I'm quite happy about. I used to buy their natural perfumes at Whole Foods many years ago. I needed a replacement and found that they have online presence, apparently they make these same perfumes for a decades already. They make very unique high quality strong/lasting natural perfumes from essential oils, I wasn't able to find anything like that elsewhere over the years. I rarely run into a good company anymore these days, in these times no one seem to care about customers anymore, but this is one rare company I've been happy with, quality stuff and shipping was fast too, I was traveling and was able to get shipping right on time.
