1 star is to much, judging by ither reviews they are a scam. played tge same game i always do on 2 pound a stake won 2 pound and 4 pound on a bonus after depositing 500 quid. at first i was frustrated by the end i was laughing because ive never seen such a joke of a site. keep these reviews guys i would love nithing more than them to br shut down . 0 stars 100 percent worst site ive ever been on. amd ive olayed most sites

Deposited £50 with no issues what so ever. Got my balance up to £100 and then decided to withdraw. They said on their term and conditions that withdrawals take up to 24 hours. After about 22 hours they sent me an email asking for my bank card details, statements and identification. They solely do this to try and get you to keep gambling to loose your money. Games are also rigged like most online casinos. You will win at first, then no matter what you do you will loose. My advice, play until you start loosing then take your winnings and bounce, as its all on algorithms, even roulette isn't chance anymore, as the government get money from them so they overlook it. Still haven't received my money surprise surprise.

Horrendous gameplay. Deposited £60 and played a game I know well on 20p play. 65 2 scatters but no third. Of course not, especially as the algorithm knows I put a £60 deposit limit on it. First and last time depositing. If you happen to think that just bad luck then take the risk, but I feel you'll just get the same poor gameplay. Much better sites available.

This was the email I received from Kwiff. They continued to take £8000 from the account they said was permanently deleted as you can see above. They have not responded via email for over 1 month. My legal team cannot peruse this any further without a response. This is a corrupt company who do not work within the guidelines of the U.K. regulations. This company says they have a transactional threshold that triggers on deposits over a certain amount. £8000 they took from my 67 year old father after initially telling him that the account he had previously been depositing from was permanently closed and if any more deposits from the account was used then the Kwiff account would be permanently suspended. This didn’t happen and they allowed over 10 deposits accumulating to the amount of £8000+ within 3 days. Let’s see what the U.K. courts say about this.

Use high street sites and not these con artists. If you USE these cowboys they will suspend your account and hold your money. Even when you have sent KYC and source of funds they play games and use delay tactics. Please stay away from these crooks and save wasting your time chasing to get your money back!!

Same as everyone else deposited money and then they suspended my account. I can’t withdraw any of my funds. Have sent the docs requested. Over 5 days and nothing back. Spoken on chat to 4 different people. Awful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs. How they have not been shut down is unreal. Use a respected casino not these cowboys folks. Currently awaiting an update from the adr. Kwiff allowed an account to be opened using partial amount of my identification, wrong name and wrong address and dob. My bank card was then added and over £1000 spent without any acknowledgement or authorisation from me. How this account was ever opened with an identity check I don’t know. I was unaware until I received an email stating I had opened an account. I immediately contacted and asked them to close it and then see the transactions! They have stated they won’t be issuing my money back as it’s my responsibility to keep my identity private. Now I don’t know who they think I am but a lot of people can easily fill out a form with such basic requirements for identification!

The account was opened without my permission or acknowledgement and all I get back is I should be more careful and to send a police report?

Stay away from this company as it appear they allow fraudulent accounts to be made and used.

I don’t gamble and this has taken funds that I use to survive and they will do nothing about it bar tell me to be more careful and it’s my responsibility to keep my information safe?

I had a very difficult time withdrawing my win on Gold Megaways slot! Tried telling me my bill pdf was a screenshot! When it wasn't, then the pdf wasn't being recognised by the system! After loads of emails sending the pdf to them they finally allowed my withdrawal.

They are not happy with any of the photos, using reasons such as ‘not clear enough photos’, ‘we need PDFs, not screenshots’, and ‘you must block these certain numbers from the photo of your debit card’.

Just avoid this site. They believe they can withhold monies and that their terms over rights English law. Awful service. Signed up after seeing a link deposit £10 and get £20 free bets only to find out afterwards you have to put the whole £10 on one bet and not lots of little ones. Only found out afterwards. Best to use the better well known ones.

I am with them now I find this site very poor in everything they do . Kwiff supercharged only happens when you have a bet has not chance off winning . P.s lost loads and they don’t give to 🙈
