Kytary Opiniones 

I ordered a subwoofer from you kytary, it arrived, I unpacked it, and realized I wanted a smaller one. I packed it up after two minutes, so I didn't even use it. After sending it back, I received an email with a photo stating that the product was damaged and that they would refund me 10 percent less, meaning about $140 less. I informed them that I was 100% sure I hadn't damaged the product, as that wasn't even physically possible, and I asked for photos of the undamaged product taken before shipping. Unfortunately, I only read the reviews about this store later. Many people report that the store sends used, scratched items, etc. If they scammed me like that, they can scam you too—beware of this store. I will report this to the Trade Inspectorate and probably to the police as internet fraud. I should add that contact was difficult—it was good until the problem occurred.

Bardzo dobra obsługa. Szybki kontakt, dostawa w dwa dni z Czech do Polski. Zwrot gitary również mi się zdarzył i wszystko poszło bez problemów.

Kupowałem sprzęt w różnych przedziałach cenowych. Często mają najtaniej w sieci, trzeba porównywać ceny na bieżąco.

Long time customer. Almost always happy. The packages could be better secured though. They used to send stuff in extra boxes but now they come in original box + bubble wrap which is fine I guess...

Still... I would rather pay more and have product box in new condition and clean. I've been buying from the store for years. A few expensive guitars, amps, etc. I have also sent back a few items. Never had a problem and the customer help was always very helpful.

I even had a spare tuning knob sent to me after some time because my Gibson Les Paul standard came with a faulty one which I only noticed a few months later.

Overall, no reasons not to buy from these guys/

Never really (seriously) let me down so I will definitely continue buying from the store/

I am really picky about my stores and kytary.pl is definitely able to hold its own on my list of great stores for music related gear.

W Kytary zamówiłem wah VOX V845. Przesyłka dotarła szybko, zakup oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Myślę że w przyszłości jeszcze skorzystam z oferty tego sklepu. Polecam.
