Ordered a bag on 20th Feb 22, received it 7th March - website states it comes from London - it actually came from China. It was sent in an ordinary plastic post bag so when I received it, it was all bashed. The stitching on it was ridiculously bad so I contacted them to arrange a return and refund. Despite numerous emails, proof of posting and even sending them proof of who in their organisation took receipt of the bag, I have still not received my refund. I've now put it in the hands of my bank's fraud department. I would not recommend buying from this company. Quality is really bad and their customer service is non existent.

Ordered the IRIS sandals , it looks nice but I need a bigger size. Sent emails, completed the contact form and sent them Facebook to try to exchange for a bigger size. No reply whatsoever!
It is a shame they have such a horrible customer service.lesson learned, Will never buy from a Facebook ad again.

I received my order of Iris Sandals 1 black and 1 tan l have to say the comfort and especially quality of these sandals are amazing ,l would definitely recommend this product to everyone I've actually sent for another pair for spare Thankyou Laurent Guillaud

What a fabulous company to purchase from!!! Bought a handbag from a Facebook advertisement. The communication is unbelievable from the minute you've purchased the bag you get updated emails on where your order is and the expected delivery date. And the handbag is lovely. Just as described and I have had a few comments on what a gorgeous bag it is.

Really pleased with my handbag . My daughters love it, so looks like we will be purchasing more thankyou so much and look forward to my next purchases well worth my 5 stars 🌟

My bag was beautiful...looked amazing in the advert but even better to actually see...beautifully packaged and not long to wait for delivery. Very good value for money and all my friends have commented on it...

The order process was simple and secure. The bag I ordered for my wife was great for the price paid. The package arrived earlier than the scheduled delivery date and was very well packaged and trackable throughout.
