I had a very disappointing experience with L Matrix.

I paid £4,995 for their “Unlimited Yearly Package” with the expectation of receiving regulated training and the services that were advertised. Unfortunately, the course and support I was promised were never delivered as agreed.

Communication became extremely poor once payment had been made. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly and multiple promises that a refund would be processed, I never received the refund.

After seeking independent advice and reviewing the situation, I felt I had no option but to pursue legal action to recover my money.

My advice to anyone considering enrolling is to do thorough research, verify the accreditation and regulatory status of any qualifications being offered, and ensure you have everything confirmed in writing before making any payment.

This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

After experiencing SSL certificate issues that were affecting our website, the IT and security team at L3 Matrix stepped in and resolved everything far quicker than we expected. They explained the problem in plain English, implemented the necessary fixes, and ensured our site was fully secure again. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely understands both the technical side and the customer side of support.

L3 Matrix recently redesigned and rebuilt our company website, and the results exceeded our expectations. The site looks modern, loads quickly and is far easier for our customers to navigate. Communication throughout the project was excellent, with regular updates and recommendations on how to improve the user experience. We’ve already received positive feedback from our clients since the new site went live.

We approached L3 Matrix with an idea to create our own online learning portal for students in our country. From the very beginning, the team understood exactly what we were trying to achieve and helped turn our vision into a fully functioning platform. The system was customised around our requirements, the onboarding process was smooth, and the support throughout has been excellent. Having our own branded learning environment has transformed the way we deliver training. Highly recommended.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I paid £5,000 to L3-Matrix in April 2025 for online training that was advertised and sold to me. Unfortunately, I did not receive the service I paid for.

Over the following months, I was repeatedly promised that the training would be delivered or that a refund would be processed. Despite numerous follow-ups, deadlines were missed, commitments were not honoured, and I have still not received my money.

The lack of communication, constant delays, broken promises, and failure to resolve this matter professionally have caused significant financial loss, stress, and disruption to my business.

To date, despite multiple assurances that a refund would be made, no refund has been received. As a result, I have been left with no alternative but to commence legal proceedings to recover the funds owed to me.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to carry out thorough due diligence before making any payment.

This company conned me out of £1685 to upgrade my academy to regulated courses. It's now been almost 6 months and they haven't delivered the service. I have requested a refund and they still haven't given it to me. The come up with excuse after excuse.

I am now in the process of contacting citizens advice and reporting the business to trading standards.

Completely unethical, immoral company that has so many faults.

Extremely untrustworthy.

We’ve been using the L3 Matrix platform since it first launched, and I’m pretty sure we were the very first to sign up. To date, we’ve had over 2,000 students use it without a single issue. The team is constantly providing updates and reliable tech support, which has been invaluable. I honestly can’t thank them enough for helping all of my students succeed.

Oh my god, my training academy has been using L3 Matrix for years. I've just finished a course on there and it's literally was a breeze. The most important part was they connected me up with an insurance company. Can't thank them enough for getting me through my aesthetics career.

I have even been using the L3matrix platform for 3 years, I have never had any issues. This is an amazing, professional platform to use with so much support for students and academies.

The learning course content has carefully been structured in great detail, offering the highest standard of learning.

My students love using the l3matrix and have come back to cheshire Clinical Contour to further their learning and growth within the aesthetics sector.
